]]>Hello everybody, I need to know how to set a sort of discount when a customer order more than one piece. For example at moment if the customer buy two pieces the shipping costs doubles. I would like to set the same price for 2 pieces or 3. For example the same price up to 5 pieces. How is it possible?
Best regards

]]>Hi !
When I go to my check out page, and try and choose the country/region shipping, the country list only enables me to choose one by default (France) and the other countries appear to be disabled.
Here’s a screenshot :

Is there somewhere I need to activate other regions/countries ?
Do I need to edit some code ?

]]>Hi there,
Im looking for a way to make Weight / Country and Region Shipping the default shipping option on my site.
I also using “WP E-Commerce Pick-up Shipping Module”, offering a local pick up option of £0, which is being set as the default currently. From what I’ve read, this is because it is the cheapest option.
Is there a way in which I can override that and make Weight / Country and Region Shipping the default?
Thanks in advance,
Mike

]]>Hi,
I was wondering if it would be possible to duplicate a shipping module delivered by this plugin so the same module appears 2ce in the panel, this will suit our needs specifically.
Many Thanks

]]>Hi,
I’m using WooCommerce instead of Wp-eCommerce. Kindly confirm whether this plugin can work together with WooCommerce.
If cannot, can you suggest a plugin which have the same functionality and able to work with WooCommerce.
Thank in advance.

]]>Hi, after upgrade to WP E-Commerce 3.8.9.5 This plugin”WP E-Commerce Weight & Destination Shipping Modules V4.5.1″ shows shipping 0,00 when the client calculate the shipping price.
This is a common issue?
Exist any upgrade for this plugin?

Thanks, Ramiro.

]]>Hi, thanks to anyone who can help. I have just added this plugin.
These are my ship to Australia prices – Satchel 0 up to 500g is 7.20, satchel 500g to 3kg is 11.55 and a satchel 3kg to 5kg is 16.90.
This is what I entered.
Weight / Country and Region Shipping – tick
Sum of quotes for consolidated items – tick
Configure weight rates for shipping to Australia.
Weight over: 6.60 Shipping: 16.90
Weight over: 1.102 Shipping: 11.55
Weight over: 0 Shipping: 7.20
I added an item to my cart weighing 105grams (0.231 pounds)and the shipping to Australia says $14.00 in checkout ??????????????????
Why? It should be $7.20 because the item is under 500grams (1.102 pounds).
Help please

It’s a big trouble for no-english website to use the plugin, because all of strings are in english.
So, any POT support in next version?

]]>Thanks for this excellent plug-in. Since we ship to multiple countries and have different shipping weights, this plugin helps a lot.
However, I would like to also use different post companies. For next day delivery use one and for longer time delivery use another one (which is also cheaper). However this would require this plugin to be added twice. Is that somehow possible?
Additionally, can I also set a maximum weight that is allowed?
Thanks in advance.

]]>Hi Lee, I’m using your plug-in and since I’ve upgraded to WP E-commerce 3.8.9 I’ve had several problems and one is that the shipping is not working properly. I’ve been on the get shopped forum today and managed to at least get a shipping price showing (it was £0 before) but it’s not weight related. I can add as many items to the cart as I want but the shipping price does not change. However, looking at a few products the weights I’ve input for each product (in grams) have completely disappeared and it’s impossible to add a weight. You add the weight to a product and save it and it’s revered back to 0 llbs. Hence it’s calculating everything at the lower shipping option. Is this something you could help me with? I wish I’d never upgraded to the 3.8.9 as I’ve lost one of product categories now and can’t seem to anything about that either. Thanks, your plug-in is great. Regards, Lesley

]]>Hi,
I installed this but decided it’s not what i need so i deactivated the plugin then deleted it but it still appears every time i go to checkout. Can you tell me how i can fully get rid of this please? The only way at the moment is to turn off shipping entirely, which i don’t want to do!
(Does it have something to do with the tables in the database? The only one i can see it possibly linking too is ‘wp_2wpsc_region_tax’ but don’t want to delete it in case it is part ofthe wp e-commerce plugin!
Thanks in advance.

]]>Good morning,
first of all, great plugin, only problem I’m having is there is no “local” showing up in the dropdown for continents, so we had an order from someone in the UK who had to pay the same as someone who might order from Germany, I see on your screenshots you have a local field, so firstly it would be great if this was on mine, but also can I add one for say Southern Ireland, and have local as UK?
Thanks in advance?

I am using rule “Sum of quotes for consolidated items”
When i place order for 1 item, the shipping cost is 165.50
when i change the order quantities to 3 item, the shipping cost is also 165.50.
I would like to use the total weight of the shipment for cost calculation.

]]>Doesn’t Calculate After 5lbs.
The plugin is calculating fine, until I change my quantity to 5lbs or above. For some reason, after the quantity is 5lbs or above, the shipping cost doesn’t update correctly, and changes to $0 instead.
I’ve followed the installation instructions and checked all FAQs and can’t seem to find any help.
Unfortunately, the plugin developer will not give any advice on this (without a steep fee), so I’m hoping someone in the community can point me in the right direction. I just need an idea on where to look for the solution.

]]>Hi Lee Willis,
I’m trying to figure out a solution for one particular product in my online store, but I reached a dead end. It requires a minimum order of 3 items, which will have a shipping rate for a particular region as a bundle of 3 items. Subsequently, the shipping rate will increase for every 3 items (e.g., 6, 9, etc.).
All other products are working well with the “Sum of quotes for individual items” option. Sadly, it is this particular product that needs some special attention. Any ideas around this mess?
Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Jason

]]>Hey Lee,
Thanks for this great plug-in, we’re just getting it set up now but I have a question.
We’re based in the Netherlands and we’d like to achieve a three tier P&P system like this.
1. Netherlands
2. Rest of Europe
3. Rest of World
If we choose weight/continent we are forced to charge Netherlands customers the Europe rate, which is higher than it needs to be. The only way I can see round this is to choose weight/country and then enter the countries individually, which might take quite some time!
Have you come across this before before we dive in head first? If must be quite a common problem.
Thanks!

]]>The taxes are not showing nor being added to the total. I am using v3.0 of the plugin in a WP3.0.1 install.
Also including an option to tax the shipping would be really usefull. I have read that this will be included in the wp-ecommerce plugin in version 3.8 but nothing official I’d say.
Thanks for your great support to the community! ??
