I was able to get my WP EasyCart store up and running quickly and easily. The templates and information on their knowledge base was very helpful as I had to troubleshoot some minor configuration issues. I did have to submit a couple technical work order requests for help with the shipping application that interacts with FedEx, UPS, and USPS External sites and the technical support team was very quick to answer and help me with some answers to help with my integration. Overall, the product and support has been a great experience.

I have always used woocommerce for e-com sites. And it’s always a huge pain getting things to look right. And if you want any flexibility at all, it’s also costly to buy all the necessary add-ons.

I found EasyCart when I was looking for a solution to a basic customization for Woo – that literally is not possible without writing js. Not only does EC solve my original issue, but it is feature-rich and easy to set up and customize.

I had a question about how to make something work a certain way, so I emailed EC support, and they replied quickly and understood exactly what I needed.

In a world where it often seems like nothing works the way it’s supposed to, EasyCart is a breath of fresh air.

I’m a noob when it comes to creating and managing websites. But when I was assigned the task by our High School reunion committee, I had some learnin’ to do. It had been years since I developed a website and adding ecommerce to the site so that classmates could purchase tickets was completely new to me. I tried WooCommerce but didn’t find it very intuitive and quickly grew tired of having to install additional plugins to get everything to work.

Finally I decided to ditch Woo and find another eStore plugin and that’s when I discovered WPEasyCart. Within minutes I had products and in no time at all added various payment processing options to my site. The interface is very intuitive and doesn’t require a lot of reading documentation to navigate through configuring your store.

The interfaces for payment and shipping are suitable for all types of businesses. Working with WP Easy Cart installed on my site has been very smooth during the installation process. I am new to WP seeing I mainly did Joomla and Josh’s help during the installation and modification I needed was extremely helpful. On the spot responses to my questions but I did need to do some research being new to WP. EasyCart has many options built in so you don’t need to spend a lot of extra money on extension that other ecommerce shops don’t provide. The one important thing I have learned is choosing the correct WP Theme for EasyCart or you will have a few issues with how the store looks.

I needed to find a new cart system for a client’s website and after an exhaustive search, I kept coming down to just a few options that met all the criteria for this particular client. WP Easy Cart consistently showed up in the results and had some high praise from users. What made the decision easy for me was Josh. Before I even downloaded the free version, Josh was quick to respond to my emails and countless questions. After purchasing the pro version, he was amazing in his support; guiding me through the setup process and even helped me with tips for customizing our reporting. This is an amazing cart system helmed by an amazing team. Josh is the best and you won’t regret adding this plug-in to your site. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Platinum level service!

This plugin does everything you need. It gives you full control over your selling and order process.
A bit more control over the product page would be nice. I would like to have a different layout for my products. But on the other hand this is a decent one size fits all shop! I have a small esthetic problem with the lay out and it’s unclear if its wp or the plugin.

I have just started using EasyCart, downloaded, installed and setting up all my products and membership choices for a not-for-profit car organization. I thought I needed some help and submitted a couple support questions, but after a day and a half, I’ve not received a reply.

Regardless, I was able to figure out settings after watching the introduction and set up video. After a bit of testing, I think we can make this live for everyone!

We have been using WP EasyCart now for several years. In that time, the developers have kept adding features and improving performance. It has always worked well for us. And their support ticketing system is personal and prompt. We have rarely had to wait even 24 hours for a response and a resolution to problems we have encountered or questions we have had.

Probably the nicest thing about the package itself is that it is self-contained. It is a full-featured online store package. There is no need to acquire other supplemental plugins to provide additional functionality.

I agree with most reviewers that its one of the very best e-commerce plugin. The only challenge I have (Cuts across all e-commerce store plugins) is they are not really optimsed for selling services. On our website, we offer direct to consumer laboratory tests. These are services and its been hectic trying to make the product page work.

Secondly, I haven’t figured out how to put a search box on the store page yet. This is a very helpful feature as we have hundreds of laboratory tests to choose from

I could not recommend WP EasyCart strongly enough. After struggling with woocommerce glitches when adding the multitude of additional plugins I needed for the functionalities I wanted for my shop, I finally gave up. Best decision ever!! I found WP EasyCart and it made all the difference. It really does work flawlessly, has tons of options, and is easy to use for people like myself with minimal programming skills. The video tutorial buttons embeded in each section during setup are especially helpful – and the videos themselves are extremely well done and useful. Thank you EasyCart team for caring about quality and functionality and making a product that exceeded my expectations.

I volunteer to maintain a wordpress website, but I have no experience in web design or programming. I was able to add EasyCart to our site and get our store up and running in just a few days, from knowing nothing to having it working. It’s been running for about a year, with zero issues.

I had a question about a feature I wanted and chatted with one of the developers, Josh, via EasyCart’s online chat. He immediately knew just what I was asking for, and answered all my questions with amazingly useful detail.

So, great software and great support.

By way of what impact the software has had, the members of our organization really appreciate the modernization we were able to add to an old and non-tech-savvy organization and our fairly antiquated website. We’ve increased membership 40% in the last year, and I think adding our online store is part of the reason why.

To put my review in context, I have designed, developed and hosted over a hundred websites since the inception of the Internet in the early 1990s. I currently manage and host about a dozen websites that include Joomla, WordPress and Moodle software. Therefore, I have much experience (and many frustrations) in installing and configuring plugins and extensions.

One of my clients is a small parish. With the advent of the pandemic, we installed an online store on their Joomla website. The store turned out to be very successful. We were able to easily convert their bake and foods sales from in-store purchases to curb-side pickups. Remarkably, their sales and revenues actually increased. Unlike most other churches, our parish as able to remain financially viable.

Although this first store served the parish well, it did has some limitations, e.g., difficult to configure and make changes; did not work well with mobile phones and tablets; and did not have the live-shipping connections we needed.

We began looking for an online store that would better address our needs. After extensive research and reading many reviews, I decided that we should build a new store using the open-source software Prestashop. This was mistake! After hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars spent on plugins and programmers, a year later I simply abandoned the project because we could never get it to work properly or reliably. Fortunately, our existing online store continued to work fine during that time.

I once again began a search for easy-to-use online store software that had the additional features we need. Doing a Google search, I stumbled on WP EasyCart. What attracted us immediately was that this one plugin had everything we wanted … works with all devices; a better Stripe integration; and a live integration with Canada Post. One hesitation was that this was a WordPress Plugin, and our current store ran on a Joomla website. However, I was already hosting two WordPress sites. I have a dedicated server so creating a separate WordPress website for the parish store made good sense.

So I created the WordPress website, and downloaded and installed the free trial version of EasyCart. Using the included demo data, I had the new store up and running in less than two hours! Based on my experience, EasyCart is one of the best designed software packages that I have ever used. The documentation and videos are excellent. I was able to quickly learn how to set up and configure the various components of the store. It is very feature-rich, for example the flexibility and options available for each product are very impressive.

Yes, there were a few bugs and missing features. One was that Canada Post integration stopped working after an update. This was fixed quickly, and a feature we requested was added days after we asked for it. The technical support and customer service is among I best I have ever dealt with. For example, the free trial period was extended a couple of times because I was waiting to make sure the bugs were fixed before purchasing a license. Normally, I get a response from Josh or Matt within hours, or certainly within day or so. Also, having to deal with only one vendor makes things so much easier!

Finally, a comment on pricing. EasyCart is a great deal! A three-year professional license cost me less than the price of ONE plugin for Prestashop. We need to financially support the developers of great software so that we too can continue to reap the benefits from it.

I highly recommend WP EasyCart to anyone that wants a all-in-one, feature-rich online store that has excellent technical and customer support. EasyCart is being continuously updated so it is only going to get better and better.

I have been in development for almost 25 years, and I’ve seen alot of carts come and go. I have experience with other WordPress ECommerce solutions. All I’ll say about them is that to do what EasyCart allows me to do required me to install literally at least a dozen plugins. When it comes to a WordPress ECommerce solution, you really need not look any further. I have implemented this solution for our store at FPR and it is absolutely fantastic. The features that come packed in this plugin natively are what you’d expect from any big-name cart, but won’t always find.

As for the support, they are incredibly responsive which means they care about this product. I have sent at least 10 emails in the past 3 days, and every one of them responded to within 14 hours.

Anyone who grades EasyCart with anything below 5 stars for this solution probably should outsource their ecommerce solutions to someone else to do.

The good first: WP EasyCart is the fastest way to a full-featured e-commerce website on WordPress that doesn’t charge a recurring fee. Documentation is good to great, you can do tons of customization before you start having to write any PHP, and the list of features is solid compared to the competition.

I only have one complaint: the no-recurring-fee tier costs 2% of your gross volume on top of your payment processor’s fee, which means it’s about as expensive as Etsy, but WP EasyCart treats it like a free trial. There are some things a paid web store should be able to do—and even the no-subscription tier of EasyCart is a paid web store—that are gated behind a subscription that doesn’t make financial sense until your sales volume is $1400 a year (at which point the 2% fee exceeds the cost of the cheapest subscription tier). I can’t issue promo codes, do volume pricing (except by using product options, which isn’t ideal), or even see an order’s status history without paying for a subscription that is probably going to cost 2-3x what the 2% fee does for my store, which is a low-volume side hustle.

If the no-subscription tier were actually a free tier, I don’t think I would have any room to complain. This is a full-featured software package, and developers need to eat. (I am one, by day.) The thing is, though, even if I’m not paying a subscription, the 2% fee means I am still a paying customer, and I feel like they’re a bit too aggressive about pushing a much costlier product on me, rather than giving me the tools to expand my business to the point where the subscription is the obvious winner.

That doesn’t change that EasyCart is still the best budget option, even on the 2%-fee tier, but it could be even better in ways that wouldn’t meaningfully hurt the developer’s bottom line.

I had great hopes for migrating my sites to WP EasyCart, it all looked logical and seemed to be a viable alternative to the “big” plugin. While I was using their free version things went quite smoothly, but after MONTHS of struggle to get the most basic stuff online, I have to say the Pro version is not as easy and requires some deep digging to fully understand what the developer was trying to do. In simple terms – the Pro version doesn’t seem very intuitive to me.

Support is available by forum post only, which typically means AT LEAST a 24 hour delay in getting a reply. There are some weekends that you may get lucky and find fairly prompt replies. After this experience and another with a SaaS provider who never offered real-time help, I have decided I will NEVER purchase a paid plugin from any developer who refuses to pick up a phone or engage in a chat. Period.

It’s probably obvious I have found the first build-out frustrating. I was FORCED to pay a subscription to regain access to what I had done so far. One would think the developer would, at the very least, allow me to keep trying to get something reasonably functioning in place with the free version – but no, the door is locked and nothing can be touched until payment is received at the end of the 14 day trial. That’s plain and simple, the definition of “Blodd Money”. I pour hours in to the build-out, they force me to pay when I’m trying to run a business AND figure out their software configuration.

Pretty heavy-handed and not terribly helpful. And now it has been done TWICE.

It’s not like me to write this kind of review – but if you are a small business owner wearing many hats (you don’t have someone to dedicate to the build-out) … think twice about trying to use this plugin.

I really like EasyCart. Have not done anything with carts before so this is my first. Came out of retirement to set up the site for a new business. My first task was to get over being overwhelmed. Lots of videos to watch and once I seriously got into it, I found it easy to set up and configure. The more I learn about it the more I find that it will do, especially with the Pro version!!. The short version is that I think it is a great package and would quickly recommend it to anyone moving into E-Commerce.

From the support side, I think the support is great. There was a very quick response to email questions and problems solved equally fast.

I tried many different carts over the past three years trying them out and tossing them as unsuitable until WP EasyCart. With other brands of carts there was always something that was needed that was not included and cost additional amounts to add. I almost gave up on having my own cart platform for our products. I gave EasyCart (free version) a try, not expecting anything different. I was more than impressed and immediately moved to the PRO version.

I was overwhelmed with all the ‘bells and whistles’ included with my purchase. Immediately I was able to jump in and USE the plugin… A few hiccups later I had my shop looking the way I wanted, seamlessly attaching to analytics, banking and shipping profiles; then up and running. I even beat my own learning/launch dates!

Features included more than you could ask for in a ecommerce package, easy to move around the menu to adjust the settings to your satisfaction. The documentation is concise for thoroughly learning the program. Once you learn your way around, there’s no end to the variations of store setup.

Support for EasyCart is unparalleled. I’ve had BAD support for simple questions; however that is in the past! (I ask some really basic questions, b/c I’m a newb) EasyCart Support is a breath of fresh air. Their team goes above and beyond to drill down to find out what is causing your issue (no cookie cutter/snide answers).

WP EasyCart plugin comes more complete than any other I’ve tested! THIS is a high quality plugin. The included features blow the competition away; but for the money spent, it is worth it’s weight in GOLD for the A++ support you receive when needed!

I’ve had more time to upload my items for my shop and venture in to POD items, too! All thanks to WP EasyCart and the team that’s behind the plugin!

As someone who previously used WooCommerce and spent a LOT of money on additional plugins to run a successful store, I have been absolutely blown away from by WP EasyCart.

They offer built-in Google Analytics and Ads tracking for e-commerce (previously I had to pay for MonsterInsights for the same feature), as well as Facebook Tracking Pixel integration (goodbye to that horrible, site-slowing plugin by Facebook, who’s developer team doesn’t even fix known deduplication bugs that cause reporting errors).

On top of this they easily integrate with some of the most popular payment vendors (the reason why I switched away from WooCommerce – I lost over $5,000 in revenue due to an intermittent ‘could not validate nonce’ error preventing users from checking out, which was a documented bug that WooCommerce’s customer support couldn’t even point me to – instead telling me more customers were choosing to cancel their orders… and refusing to believe the emails I had from customers proving otherwise).

WP EC have also created a section to add custom-CSS which only applies to EC pages, as well as a child theme that does the same. I am super impressed by all the thought and effort that went into building their system and can highly recommend them!

This doesn’t even include that this will let me start selling on Instagram and Facebook, which is awesome.

I know $99 USD for the pro version can seem a bit daunting, but after having a look at all these features I honestly believe the dev team are undercharging for the good user design and technical expertise that has gone into this (though I know they probably need to in order to keep their competitive edge with WooCommerce).

However, having used WooCommerce to generate a lot of revenue but then have a very serious intermittent bug come up, I learned WooCommerce’s customer support is awful. They didn’t believe what I was telling them (despite error HTML and logs), blamed it on other plugins (which hadn’t been updated or caused conflicts in the past), and refused to accept responsibility for what an (incredibly helpful!) developer customer’s research discovered was a documented ‘could not validate nonce’ error that their developers were working on for over a month.

Given the excellent customer support reviews I have read, and the beautiful plugin I have had the time to explore (with excellent documentation, I might add!), I am looking forward highly to publishing this change from WooCommerce to WP EasyCart live from my staging site. Thanks guys!
