I think this plugin was very useful, maybe it got not much interest and support from WP users, or it was so useful that someone damaged their reputation, because there are many envious developers out there.
What happened, who can tell?
Hello,
I activated it networkly, and I did not find CodePinch menu under setting, is that right?
BTW, I found some errors in error.log, and it is not displayed at frontend, the typical errors like this:
2018/05/14 16:44:37 [error] 697#697: *22602 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: 61.49.240.134, server: mysite.com, request: “POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/2.0”, upstream: “fastcgi://127.0.0.1:8000”, host: “mysite.com”, referrer: “https://mysite.com/wp-admin/network/plugins.php”
FYI, wordpress4.9.5, HHVM, PHP5.6, Mariadb
can you fix it please?
Alex
]]>Hi,
I’ve purchased the VIP subscription but I already sent 3 emails and I didn’t get any reply and I still have an error to fix for more than 3 days…
Does this work?
]]>We purchased a “lifetime VIP” Codepinch license four our site. I now am being asked to pay for monthly service to receive fixes. What happened? I am certainly not willing to pay again to receive fixes.
]]>Hello
Two question:
1.#does it support MU sites?
2.how do you provide service? only send suggestions? or you will be responsible to handle the bugs by yourself?
Thanks
Alex
]]>Hi there,
since I am using code pinch for several sites/domains, wanted to use my credit for all sites.
Example: I pay 20 Euros and can use this credit on all different pages.
Is that possible?
I signed up for this thinking it would be helpful, and has been nothing but a rip off. If there is a so called error they bombard you with emails, it’s harassing, even after disabling the notification feature which is also illegal.
I contacted the owner and asked I get a refund of my credit and he refuses, this is clearly a company out to rip people off
I’ve gotten error reports for items that were already fixed, got an alert when adding something, before I was even finished editing my site, I ignored it and continued what I was doing, I was adding a page, testing it, etc, after testing the site I found a problem and fixed it, however the supposed error did not go away
1.00 here and there from thousands of users add up, they also state there are no upfront fees, but it you add money they refuse to refund you, it’s criminal!
Have just upgraded to the latest version (3.9.1) from 3.9 and it has killed my site. Had to disable the plugin to get site working again.
]]>Hello,
I purchased credit and returned to my WordPress Dashboard and noticed that I needed a code before I could apply my credit purchase to CodePinch. I’m not sure where to get that code. If it was on the page where I purchased the credit, then I missed it and don’t know how to retrieve it. Can someone help with this?
Thank you, Janis
]]>Greetings! Just installed plugin, looking forward to fix for current problem.
I am developing a website via InstantWP off a usb key. How do I get the error message over to you for review and advice?
Thanks in advance,
Tom
How do I clear down errors once errors have been fixed? I had some errors that were fixed within the support contract with the theme author
]]>Hi.
I have a similar issue to bigjake36 earlier.
I am running a multisite, have test a couple of plugins, received errors, then deleted the plugins but the errors still exist.
Also, I might suggest that you add a manual scan button so that we can re-scan after plugin deletion, etc.
Please advise.
Thank you!
Brent
after activating it displays 1 error in admin bar. Then i go to plugin dashboard ans see message “There are no error in your error log” and Error Check is not activated..
When I press the activate button I get the message “Failed to execute the request”.
So it found one problem and it’s the plugin it self?
I disabled all other plugins to be sure it was not interfering with other plugins.. What should i do?
Would it be possible to delete an error fix from being fixed ??
Example: Install plugin – gives off an error, which is then logged – remove the plugin completely yet “Fix it” still contains the error in the error log waiting for a fix which really isn’t required.
By allowing the removal of this error ‘Fix It” doesn’t need to repair something that is no longer on site.
Possible ?? Currently have such an issue on site and since I’ve deleted the plugin the repair is no longer required. This feature would then allow me to remove the request for repair.
]]>Hello,
on local install and trying to activate the plugin with activate error fix under AAM I get that message:
failed to establish successfull connection with your website
any solution ? Thanks
]]>I’ve installed WP Error Fix on my WP Engine-hosted site. Whenever I click to activate, this is what I see: https://tinypic.com/r/286sbox/9
If I click anywhere in the resulting whitespace, it goes away, with the screen returning to “Activate Error Check”.
I’ve tried disabling all other plugins to test for incompatibilities, but none seem to exist.
How can I activate this plugin on my site?
]]>Hello,
Interesting plugin and service concept.
I’d like to try it on a WP 4.3.2 multisite network of about 50 sites.
Should it be activated network wide or just on the main site?
I did not see any instructions addressing multisite.
We often have errors that happen only on certain subsites because each site uses different themes and different sets of plugins and most issues are minor plugin conflicts, but they still require updates to cure them.
Looking forward to your guidance about how to properly use this on a multisite network.
Thanks
]]>So I have seen this updated recently and decided to try it, the alerts worked for 2 days then there was another update that cleared all of them.
How does this plugin work now? are you saying you have to pay for each problem to get resolved or is that a donate button?
]]>The plugin tries to register but always fails.
]]>Recursive errors consumed 20gb of disk space; I have deactivated the plugin.
I can quite understand what the errors are, can you help?

]]>The website required to register this plugin and activate the functionality of the admin dashboard is offline and is now a parked domain. Don’t bother installing this.
]]>After deactivating this plugin some time ago, today I decided to delete it and discovered I cannot do that without ending up stuck at a frozen white screen. In whatever way, this plugin is still at least partially active and dependent upon being present in the Plugins folder even after it has been deactivated.
Any help from anyone here would be greatly appreciated!
]]>Hi all!
Please, help.
Can I remove wp_errorfix folder from wp-content folder?
Will this removing break correct site work?
Thanks for answers!
]]>Cant register this plugin, so it does not work. And, it says: “go to phpsnapshot.com” which does ot work either… is this plugin still supported? I wonder.. “wp error fix needs an error fixed”

When I launched the plugin it says me:

Why it failed at that step?
Thanks in advance.

]]>The .htaccess in wp-content/wp_errorfix only blocks the listing of files. It needs to block access to those files or someone can easily guess (and get) them. ie:

Deny from All
Otherwise someone only has to try wp-content/wp_errorfix/2014-05-30 and they have all the errors for that day, as easy as pie. 365 tries, and they have a whole year. That’s too easy.

This looks like a plugin that could mess with my db.
Ok I can make a backup, but I’d rather discover whether I should try it before spending time and sanity on bks lol. ??
Thanks!
