]]>After updating to 4.x.x, new checkout steps introduced, where billing info is added to the attendee info page. This is fraustrating. Because, user is entering Billing info on the attendee info collect page, and mobile number is not captured over there, on the checkoput page if billing info is turned off from the backend, then no other info like create password etc. If turn on billing info on checkout from eventin settings, then previously entered data is not auto populated here, then user is getting irritated, because three times user needs to enter the details.
Also, most people purchase event ticket for themselves, so Billing name email phone should be same as attendee, why extra step to enter details twice/thrice?
One more issue, if billing info is turned off on checkout page from eventin settings, then billing section is turned off for all other products, not only event products.
Another issue is, order number on Eventin > Bookings list is not same as Woo > Orders. check this and fix. I am interested to purchase pro lifetime.

I have an issues with the plugin, I am making use of Astra theme and Elementor as well as their pro version.
When a vendor clicks on the “Event” tab in the front-end dashboard and selects “Add New Event,” the page loads to a blank screen with no content displayed. This issue also occurs when vendors attempt to edit an event, resulting in a similar blank view. The problem affects both vendor and admin users, preventing event creation and editing.
]]>I have an issues with the plugin, I am making use of Astra theme and Elementor as well as their pro version
When event attendees click the “Get Ticket” button and fill out the attendee form, the “Proceed to Payment” button becomes unresponsive, preventing attendees from completing their ticket purchase.
]]>Dear all,
I follow this URL at https://youtu.be/KKLp1Lwqj_U to install Event Tickets with Ticket Scanner and then try to add one new product. Then, I click ‘Event Tickets’ tag on left while editing one product. Nevertheless, it shows me nothing on right side which is blank although I am using the administrator role to create or edit one virtual product.
Can someone tell me why and how to fix this problem ?
Thanks !
Best Regards. Cloud
]]>Hello WP Event Team,
Thank you for the recent update (version 4.0.13) that addresses the event price and currency formatting issues.
However, after updating, I noticed a new issue with the price formatting. Currently, the prices are displaying as $0comma_dot00
instead of the expected currency format.
Could you please look into this? I appreciate all your efforts on this plugin and look forward to your guidance on resolving this formatting issue.
Thank you!
]]>It seems that multivendor checkout doesn’t work. We were under the impression this plugin works together with Dokan for exactly that reason, or is there a technical issue here?
Really hope this is a technical issue… as the reason for purchasing this plugin relied heavily on the fact that it was multivendor compatible/capable.
]]>Hi,
The purchase checkout in Eventin ( mysite.com/eventin-purchase/checkout/ ) doesn’t seem to conform to the theme template default header & footer in Divi (would also be nice to have an option to create a custom template for this page in Divi). The default template elements are all stripped from the page.
I can see some JS errors in the browser when loading the page.
Here’s a screenshot: https://jmp.sh/gG0r5mB1, you can see there is no footer and and the header is just showing the hamburger icon but also does nothing when clicked…

]]>Hi,
Does Eventin have functionality to allow one to add merchandise to the event ticket?
Example: I buy a ticket and can also add a t-shirt & cap (that I receive at the event) and then checkout.
Hello,
Is there any way the ticketing system in the sidebar area can be replaced with simple registration form?
Am talking about removing the need to click on a plus button to add ticket number and then to click on get tickets and then to go to second page etc etc..
Can we just have a simple form on the right side instead with couple of fields and register button where admin would get notification about it?
Is it possible to do it with PRO version, or using RSVP where text would be replaced with Loco to say its a registration?
Or any other option?

Some strings in some PHP files use the?esc_html()?or?esc_attr()?functions and are not translated.
Also, the text domain (‘eventin’) is different from the plugin slug (‘wp-event-solution’) and therefore not compatible with translations on “translate.www.ads-software.com“.
Thanks.
