We noticed that the plugin does not check “userpiclocal” when rendering the image using partials/template_style_1.php

This means that the avatars will stop working after a little while. The local version of the image is being used in the back-end though.

An easy fix would be to add an extra check around line 46 like this:

	if($review->userpiclocal!=""){ // Add this line
		$userpic = $review->userpiclocal; // Add this line
	} else if($review->userpic!=""){ // Change this to "else if"
		$userpic = $review->userpic;
	}

I have reconnected my Facebook and trying to retrieve reviews, but the message “Downloading Reviews” hang there, i can’t see any number of reviews being retrieve or downloaded.

I have a list of reviews in my website, and since the last review fetch, it imported the last review that is basically a spam message. I really, REALLY want to hide or remove that review. Facebook does nothing about it, even if I report it as spam, is only hides it. The plugin still fetches it and is listing along with the other reviews.

Is there a way to delete / hide this specific review? I mean, without having to set the order to “first to last” (that would do but would display very old reviews, and I want the most recent ones displaying first).

I’m using the scrape feature to import Google reviews but it only imports 14 even though there are 31 reviews.

Where is the setting to not import or show images from Google Reviews?

When any customer give review to the product the title is not coming on the slider and if the customer edit the past review it is not updated in the slider. We are using the Pro version plugin. Is the etsy integration still working? no matter what I try i get “invalid_ur”

checked the URL and its definately working fine, tried other URLs same issue

Whenever I click on Retrieve Reviews, it gets them alright but right after that my website crashes/freezes and goes down for about 2 minutes. It then magically comes back online.

I’m using the Google Places API with my own API key. I’m on a pretty powerful VPS server as well, so this shouldn’t be happening.

I have just begun to use the plugin and I find it very simple & smooth to handle.

I have a question though: There are 22 reviews (I have selected 2 per row & have added 11 rows) on my facebook page but it has downloaded only 10 and that’s what are being displayed on my homepage too.

What is it that I am missing here? Is there a resolution to this?

Plugin installed, license activated, data-pid retrieved from the Google Business profile. Clicking on Get Reviews to do a scrape, and seeing repeated “Error 0003: Please try again.” messages. Try again when/how/how many more times?

I have WP reviews plugin in my website where until now, I was the only user. But I have a small store now and will allow certain user accounts to be created. I created one regular “customer” account with another email and I noticed WP reviews appears in the menu on the left (altough it doesn’t allow to see or change options). Is it possible to hide it in non-admin accounts?

For some reason the read more setting is not working. How can this be fixed

I’m trying to authorize the plugin to pull reviews from one of my FB pages. But the plugin is only listing my primary FB page. It’s not showing the other 12 pages I created and manage. How can I pull reviews from my other FB pages?

My Facebook review images have stopped showing. I deactivated plugin, removed all reviews and re-added. Any other suggestions? I did see them pop up, but only a few of them.

We noticed that suddenly the reviews only contained Facebook reviews with a “read more” button. I checked the backend and changed it to be 15 words instead of 30 words and then on desktop it showed the 15 words before read more button, however, on mobile it is still saying only “read more”

I have to exclude the plugin JS from page optimisation (minification)….
any way to avoid this?

But even after doing this, the avatar images are still now showing.

I have used this app for 2 years and is working well, lately there is no update on my Facebook reviews as I guess I have to reconnect to my Facebook to get the Access token but i am unable to connect to my Facebook, its appeared the below message.

I have tried using Chrome and Firefox, both unable to connect.

Hello, first, thanks for your plugin, it’s great. But I’m having some trouble retrieving Facebook reviews, the image is not retrieving. All the rest of the connection works fine, and the image from Twitter is also fine, but it doesn’t work from Facebook; there is an empty field in DB at “userpic” or “userpic_small”. The entire recovery process works fine and there are no errors or messages in the debug.

It has been happening for several months, but I had not given it importance until now. I have used a test site with this only plugin active and the same thing happens to me.

What can I test?.

Your plugin is great. I’m creating a form to collect reviews from logged-in users. But I don’t want them to fill their Name and Email fields as they are already logged in and their details already available. I want the fields to be auto-filled with their details (Name & Email) and if possible hide from their view so that customers see only the rating and text-area fields. How can I achieve that?

For some reasons its not loading, i.e. file is not there wprevpro.woff2 (https://www.metabolic4you.ch/wp-content/plugins/wp-review-slider-pro-premium/public/css/fonts/wprevpro.woff2).

It’s not affecting the functionality as far as I can see but it might still be a bug.

I wanted to point out on my side that the slider does not work in Safari: if I click on the side arrows or on the dots at the bottom nothing happens.
in Firefox, however, everything works!

The bottom of the slider (FB user images) are being cut off. I am unable to change the margin manually. Do I need some CSS code? or is it something else?

The template to select that I created in the template section does not appear inside the widget.
