I use this Plugin to add pictures from my flickr stream to my articles and blogs. No double-uploading. Perfect.
First I was not able to get lightbox to work.
The trick is, you have to have one of the lightbox plugins installed.
The rest is as described in the FAQ.
Works like charm now.

What do you do with the following requirements to connect to Flickr?

By authorizing this link, you’ll allow Uber Media WordPress Plugin to:
Access your Flickr account (including private content)
Upload, Edit, and Replace photos and videos in your account
Interact with other members’ photos and videos (comment, add notes, favorite)

I think only access to Flickr account to query all images and their information is enough for your plugin.

Unfortunately, plug-in does not work (Ajax Error: Request-URI Too Large). Maybe it’s only my problem, but there isn’t any support, and so plug-in is unusable.

I went looking for a flickr plug-in that made it easy to use photos from my flickr account in posts on the wordpress. I didn’t want short codes, I wanted a nice user friendly interface. This plug-in does exactly what I want it to do with an easy to use interface.

Click the button, choose your image, the size you want, and voilà – perfect. Couldn’t be happier.

It really saves a lot of clicks to pull photo from my flickr account into blog. Simple & powerful.

Some minor enhancment could be to remember settings for size and alignment when insert photos in ‘Continue to insert another photo after this’ mode.

And It has great potential for new features. For example It would be great to have:
– add exif text for photo. For example, EXIF 1/200 sec, f/9, 40 mm, ISO 200, 2012:07:28 19:15:24, Canon EOS 5D Mark II, EF17-40mm f/4L USM
– insert selected multiple photos at time
– insert all photos from flickr set
