Hello, thanks for the great plugin. Unfortunately the wp-flybox-seen cookie cannot be deactivated. I unchecked the option “Auto Only To New Visits”. I don’t need cookies. Nevertheless, the cookie is issued and this causes problems with the GDPR. Please help!

]]>In case anyone has an issue on a site that uses WP Fastest Cache and WP Flybox is opening on your Home page even after the first time, here is a solution that worked for us:
1) Go to the settings for the WP Fastest Cache plugin
2) Click on the “Exclude” tab.
3) Click the “Add New Rule” button associated with “Exclude Cookies”
4) Type “Wp-flybox-seen” in the text box.
5) Click “Save”.

]]>The flybox appears to work great in firefox and chrome, but when it comes to Internet Explorer the flybox is 90% open on load. When I click the tab it opens to 100% and then when I click the tab again it closes completely.
How can I fix this problem in IE?
In firefox and chrome I can see that the page loads with the flybox open but immediately closes.
I would prefer that it would load completely closed in all instances.
Is this possible?
]]>My facebook tab is not visible. If I click where it’s supposed to be it works, the fly-out pops out and looks fine, but the tab itself is not visible. My other two tabs for Contact and Subscribe are visible and working fine.
Any idea on what is causing the facebook tab to be invisible and how to fix it?

This is a great plugin but I have one small issue I have been trying to work out and I am hoping you can help me…I would like to be able to keep the buttons at a certain height from the bottom (rather than a pixel value from the top) regardless of screen size or device, is that possible?
The issue I am having is that when I view the dev site on iPhone 6 in portrait view the buttons are perfect but when I go to landscape view the buttons are off the screen…

This might sound like a silly question seeing as the name of the plug in includes the word flyout, but can I stop it flying out? At the moment I have 2 custom tabs and they fly out once the tab has been clicked, I would prefer them to just remain stationary. Great plug in by the way – have used it on a couple of projects now and really impressed.

im currently having 3 problems with WP Flybox on theme i’m using(Ducan).
1. There’s two errors in console:
Uncaught ReferenceError: __ytRIL is not defined at HTMLImageElement.onload
– i did some googling and people told, that it’s somehow related to chrome, is it true?
2. Admin bar is “transparent”:

– links are still clickable, but changing z-index doesn’t really help. When i set “scrollbar fix” on, then it is visible again, but links are not clickable.
3. Weird behaviour for 3+ widgets, please check on it: trasowo.pl
– when i set different order(for example Facebook -> Instagram > Youtube), then everything’s ok. Had same problem with Google+ widget.
I started receiving bogus comment emails using the Contact Me/Us option in WP Flybox yesterday afternoon. Instead of people using the form to contact me, they are using it to submit bogus comments, such as “Gee wilsikerl, that’s such a great post!”. Apparently, they think they are submitting comments that will get published on a blog post? Anyway, there doesn’t appear to be any malicious links or spam, just annoying comments. Do you think another Captcha option (like ReCaptcha) would help? Or do you have any other suggestions?

Thank you for a great plugin! I installed and customised 1 flyout tab (52px by 157px) and everything was good.
I decided to add another tab. Whenever I click either tab they pop out with and excess of 52px. Any help would be great.
