I love it and it used to work for me.
But after upgrading WordPress I think, it stopped working and I too get zero bytes in dowloaded files. The downloaded file has the correct file name and all but no contents.
I’m running latest version of the plugin + WordPress.
Any help or hints, would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Torben

]]>Hi, thanks for the great plugin! I’ve been looking long for this functionality!
I’ve added the shortcode in my post but when I click on the download button it downloads the image with the correct filename but it’s zero bytes big.
Thank you for your help.

]]>Hello! I find your plugin super. I Use ACF to generate a Gallery. And it would be very cool, if I could insert a variable in the shortcode so I could make a link to every image in the gallery.
Like this
Link=”<?php echo $image[‘url’]; ?>”
Is there a way that I can do that?
Have tried a lot, but didn′t find a way.
All the best
Thomas

]]>Hi,
i’m using force download plugin to force download image.
it works okay, i’m using the short code and insert it in the post, but it doesn’t matter where i add the code, the button always appears on the top left side, i want to use it to force download other images not the featured one, so i need it to appear where i insert the code, also, there’s a gray box with this inside “</>” appears where i insert the code. is there any solution for that? or is there any other plugin can do the job? please help,
thanks in advance.

]]>Hi,
the files I download using the plugin are ZERO bytes.
I don’t know if the problem comes with version 1.3.1 (I updated today).
I’m sure there was no problem in March 2015 when I installed and tested the plugin.
Thanks for the plugin and for any help.

]]>Hi there,
Finally a plugin like yours ?? Thanks.
I am creating an image bank for a press section. Is there a way to add the shortcode to an gallery? So I don’t have to assign the shortcode to each image?
Thanks
