The tooltips appear to be too small to display everything. How can I change their size?

Hi,
With WP FullCalendar 1.5, I create locations but none display a map.
All locations are correctly displayed in Google Maps, but with WP FullCalendar, that’s impossible.
I have set a correct Google Maps API key.
What’s wrong ?
how can I get the calendar to display bars on the day instead of circles?
Every time I update the app my bars go away and are replaced with circles.
The only way I have found to fix this is to roll back the app to 6.4.7.3. Then my bars come back on the calendar. Other than this I love the app.
Is this compatible with PHP 8.2 and PHP 8.3?
Hi guys, so I see the support for CPT. However there are cpt created by plugin that usually are not exposed as cpt created by ACF or CPTUI.
I tested it and indeed it does not display posts from a specifc cpt generated by a plugin.
Is there a workaround?
A few suggestions that would be useful for me and I imagine for others, too.
1/ Option to match the calendar view to the current post date. For example, if you’re browsing a selection of posts published ten years ago, you don’t want to have to keep selecting the old year and month every time.
2/ Option to highlight the current post date in the calendar view. For the same reason as above – if you’re browsing a sequence of archive posts, the calendar can help you keep track of where you are in the sequence by highlighting the active date.
3/ Color selection: $color = ‘#a8d144’; (wp-fullcalendar.php line 208) should not be hard-coded. Likewise for fbbe30 on line 220.
Would love to see those ideas in practice!
This tag is no longer resolved, right?
In former times, it would display the name of the buddypress group the event belonged to.
Open wp-fullcalendar.php
Find this function: public static function ajax
Find this Line: $args[‘post_status’] = ‘publish’;
Change it to: $args[‘post_status’] = array(‘publish’, ‘future’);
no new version, no support answers, shortcode not working anymore, calendar doesn’t show…
What’s going on, guys?
Apologies for duplication – I posted this on the Events Manager plugin forum but wondered if this might be more appropriate. I’m working on a local dev server so unable to share a link.
Do you know if there is a way to hide a specific category if the event occurs in the past? I’m having trouble targeting the event elements with css or jQuery and wanted to add display:none.
I have a category that clicks through to a recurring event page with an enquiry form on it. I only want to show this category if the date is today or in the future.
Don’t know since when but it stopped showing the calendar on my pages by using the shortcode
I just noticed that even though I delete (=trash) an event in the backend, it still shows up in the calendar. I also cleared all cache and used the remove orphan event tool. Only when I delete the event from the trash, it is gone.
Can you please look into this? If there is anything else you need from me please let me know.
Thank you!
I would like to highlight days that have events. Unfortunately, days with events do not have a special class added to them. Do you know how I could add or achieve this?
Events arent displayed in the calendar after update to Events Manager 6.4.1
Good morning,
I started a few months ago with WordPress and I use WP Full calendar to display my articles. The display of my articles (past dates) in the calendar is displayed well but I can’t see my next articles (next dates); when I unroll the calendar, the boxes supposed to be filled remain empty. (I play on the date of publication, it doesn’t show me anything).
However when I read the description of WP Full Calendar: (apparently it handles articles well): “Uses the jQuery FullCalendar extension to create an amazing view of events, articles, and possibly other CPTs“
When I go to settings, these are radio buttons and therefore already we cannot choose: either articles, or events, or other types… on the other hand, if I create events (at a later date), I can see them clearly when I scroll down the calendar, why is it not the same? principle for articles?.
On the other hand, as I only create articles, I would like to be able to display in the right side column of my page a list a bit like that of events (“list of upcoming events”) but knowing that, as far as I’m concerned, these are only articles. Is there a way to do this?
I will put in hard wording for example: “list of upcoming events” but I would like it to actually show me a list of upcoming articles, because by clicking on each line, I would like it to point to each article. I hope I was as clear as possible in my explanations…(not always easy to explain what you want to do…) . but I hope you have at least understood my principle?
Thank you so much !
Hello! One of our filters does not work on the FullCalendar, I can’t figure out why.
As you can see in the page, the filters “Accessibilité” and “Quartier” work super well, but the “Temporalité” one does not filter anything. Every event seems to be assigned to every temporalite, yet, every event is assigned to only one of the terms of the custom taxonomy (created with Pods).
Any ideas?
I don’t see my future posts in the calendar, is that normal?
Our calendar suddenly stopped allowing text to show when hovering over the listing. Clicking takes you to a page with details, but hovering shows nothing or “loading…” briefly. We looked at several websites, all doing the same thing. Is this no longer a function of the calendar?
I updated to Events Manager 6.3 and the tooltips on WP Full Calendar no longer work — if I hover over an event I see “Loading…” briefly, then nothing…. And moments after posting this I found the answer, in Events Manager Settings > Full Calendar Options, you need to set the content for the tooltip, such as:
_EVENTNAME
_EVENTEXCERPT{12,…}
Couldn’t figure out how to delete this, so thought I’d add the answer.
This happens on the demo site as well as my site;
Try to search for any category or filter by an location and the the calendar is blank.
Hello,
On my website [https://www.twctverzetje.nl/kalender] the calendar shows the normal things.
After switching to the next month, it’s still all good.
But after a second click, the calendar is a complete mess. It does not matter what the seconde click is. For example: next month.
Can you help me out with this problem?
Regards,
Ruben
Hi there,
How do I display the time in 24 hours-display in stead of AM/PM?
Thanks in advanced.
Hi there,
I’d like to know how I change the title of the events in my calendar.
Because now, only the time is visible, not the name of the event.
Currently I ‘m using this shortcode:
[events_calendar full=”0″]
Thanks in advanced.

Hi,
I’m not sure to understand the path for the fullcalendar to get my custom post type, my categorie and the slug of it.
this is the example that i got from full calendar:
-> [fullcalendar type=”post”]
-> [fullcalendar taxonomies=”post_tag,category”]
my custom post is called : ‘resa_salle’ in this CPT i have a categorie calle ‘categorieresasalle’ and inside of that one there’s 4 other ‘sub category’
what i want is to create 4 differente Calendars :
is this correct then :
[fullcalendar type=”post” taxonomies=”resa_salle, categorieresasalle, salle-reunion-amac”]
hope i was clear enough
feel free to ask any question
Hello,
I have created a custom post type “Events” with some custom fields like “event_date”.
How can I show these “Events” by using the “event_date” field?
Currently, only posts will be displayed in the calendar, which are already published. Showing scheduled posts is not supported, that’s why I’d like to connect the calendar with the “event_date” field (Type: DATETIME).
Any chance to help me with this?
Thank you in advance and kind regards,
Sascha
Please add listDay, listWeek, listMonth, and listYear to Available Views.
