Funeral Press works great! It has been the exact answer to help any funeral facility who is in need of an Obituary manager. Smartypants has excellent support and is willing to work with you. If anyone has an issue with this plugin and “Can’t” get it fixed it is because they have not notified Smartypants. They go above and beyond the call to help and I am so excited about this plugin. It has given me the edge for my website clients who aren’t using the “cookie cutter” sites from the “big guys” and want a more personal site. Thanks Smartypants!

Smartypants not only makes his plugins easy to use and understand, their priced very fairly and the support you get is outstanding. I’m glad to see someone who understands what he is doing as much as he cares about the quality!

With that said, I have had no issues with any part of the plugin. The functionality is plug and play and easy to follow and customize to your specific needs, if you like tweaking.

Obituaries show up as a listing but when you click on one it goes back to the default home page. Very new development. Default behavior calls random id’s when click on new obituary. Backend module reports no obituaries (#edit in the guestbook) found when obituaries do exist. Tested in clean virtual machine environment. Too bad, I was excited about the plugin.
