I already have an account at cookieinformation, but I am not able to configure the plugin settings, because the only option there is, is to get a 30 day free account. I do not need to do this, since I already have one. So how can I get to the settings section and add the license key? I keep getting redirected to the setup settings tab, where it is not possible to insert this.

When you visit the website on mobile, you can click the Accept button, but nothing will happen. You can click the button and the :focus works, but the popup remains.
Does anyone have the same problem or does anyone know the solution?

Hello, just wanted to give a heads up:
We’re prepping for PHP 8.2 and this tiny deprecation fills our logs (each request):
PHP Deprecated: Implicit conversion from float 216.75 to int loses precision in …/app/public/wp-content/plugins/wp-gdpr-compliance/Utils/Helper.php on line 228
Think explicit int casting should be enough to kill the notice:
$return .= str_pad( dechex( (int) $color ), 2, '0', STR_PAD_LEFT );

]]>The fonts which is used in this plugin are paid ones (Sofia Pro). So is it a purchased one and do you have license for the same (to avoid legal issues for our site)?
]]>It’s been like a year by now ??
]]>Steps:
– Go to the frontend.
– Instead of accepting all, go to the privacy settings.
– The privacy settings modal will open.
– Enable a single, optional data processor.
– Click accept.
Verify:
– Look at the “wpgdprc-consent-*” cookie.
– all data processors are set to “declined”.
Reason:
1. AbstractAjax::validateData()
– “json_decode( $data )” will decode the string as an array of integers — e.g. {“checked”:[3]}
– “Helper::sanitizeStringArray( $data );” will sanitizes the data as an array of strings — e.g. {“checked”:[“3”]}
2. ConsentCookie::buildResponse()
– “in_array( $object->getId(), $data[‘checked’], true )” has the strict parameter enabled.
– The condition will fail because “$object->getId()” is an integer and “$data[‘checked’]” is an array of strings.
Hi there,
There is a problem with the register checkbox. The esc_html function does not allow the tooltip to display properly. Instead it display the html as text. I removed it and it works fine.
Will you change it in the file or – if not – is there a way to bypass it?
File is in public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-gdpr-compliance/Templates/Front/Registration

]]>There is a conflict with this plugin and using woocommerce with stripe payment gateway.
When you try to make payment with this plugin enabled on checkout with google pay you will get an error about the privacy checkbox not being checked.
If you try the same thing with apple pay it will just read “Payment not completed”.
Removing this plugin allows both payments methods to work correctly from checkout.
Can anyone advise a method of getting around this while still using this plugin?
]]>Using the personal version with two optional data processors in the set up, regardless of whether you accepted or decline them in the toggles the cookie is always recorded as declined. Why? If users just accept the acceptance is recorded, but if they select any other variation of options in the toggles (even if they select all) the cookie is recorded as declined.
Plugin clearly doesn’t work.

]]>Hello,
Seems that gdpr acceptance is no more a required field.
This is a recurring issue!
Hello Team,
Thanks for this amazing plugin.
Just recently upgraded to PHP 8.1 and having this PHP warning below.
FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Warning: filemtime(): stat failed for /www/public/wp-content/plugins/wp-gdpr-compliance/Assets/css/admin.css in /www/public/wp-content/plugins/wp-gdpr-compliance/WordPress/Plugin.php on line 168
Can we please have this fixed in the next version.
Thanks You.
Keep Rocking.
Hello there, I’m an old user and my site is up from years. With latest upgrade I found this problems while setting checkboxes for CF7.
I have 105 forms and I spent a lot of time activating and disactivating all of them because the gdpr acceptance checkbox is not required anymore.
The result of this is that no more [wpgdprc] tag is in the ‘mail’ section of the cf7 forms.
the form, when activated, contains the [wpgdprc “some text”] used to display the checkbox, but nothing is in the mail.
I can manually update all 105 forms, but maybe this need a better solution.
Anyway, I tried anythings but the validation for ‘required’ checkbox never comes up and I receive mails with GDPR not accepted.
There is something I missed?
Thanks in advance
Hello! In the WordPress desktop, in the Woocommerce Orders area, the date that appears as acceptance of the Privacy Policy by the customer appears on the current date (all products with the same) instead of the date of purchase and acceptance.
Why could this be?
Thank you very much!
Wordpress keeps reporting an error in your plugin for me and has been for months. It would be nice if you could fix that.
The error message is:
