I just installed this across 3 wordpress sites and they all worked straightaway. Very easy to setup as well, just install and enter the tag manager code.

Does not install under the bodytag (2 stars)

The plugin works, but unfortunately it is not installing the GTM snippet directly under the body tag. This is fine for GA but not enough to verify a GoogleWebmastertools property.

I used this plugign with the Pinboard theme and it didn’t work to implement the Google Analytics snippet. Google Tag Manager said “No tag” in verification mode and Google Analytics kept saying “Tracking not installed”. This is probably due to the fact that this pluging doesn’t implement script right after the tag as required by GTM.
