Great plugin but please – test better – you should test with tracks that do not have time/date/elevation per point.
Please update wp-gpx-maps-utils.php (lines 379 – 383):

Very good plugin.
I just notice one design problem. In the graph, the last final distance number should not be displayed when near the last interval. The two overlap each other. In other words, when the interval distance is 20km and your track is 100km, the last 100km should not be displayed. The two 100km numbers overlap.
Hope it will be corrected

This plugin is easy to use.
After cycling I download the gpx cycle route from my bike nav device and then upload to my cycle route site Zozibike.com. to display the route.
developer keeps up with updates and have always been stable.
Update: it now does not work and its been 3 weeks and no updates

Easy to install and excellent user experience but i have to remove it on a site because /wp-admin is no longer reachable. Then i tried to install it on another site – seems to work except of using the “Save”-button. Then users will get a blank page. If you look at the HTML:

Ok then closed and tried to login again and there is the same problem on this site.
I think the plugin should get 5 stars after fixing the bug.

This was a GREAT plugin, until the June 2020 V 1.7.01 update, which breaks..everything.. just look in the support forum at all the reports, and the 0 responses from the developer. Unless you enjoy a broken WordPress installation, skip this and find one that works.

I maintain a vast collection of MTB routes and wanted an easy way to show them on my blog along with altitude graph and a summary of the route data and this plugin does exactly that! Brilliant! And as an added bonus you can add a Thunderforest API key (free for hobby use) in order to get the Open Cycle Map layer option and also default to showing it. Job done!

I’ve been using this plugin for a long time and up until recently I was happy with it while it worked as advertised. I used it to create hike reports combining Google Map satellite view, gpx tracks, way points and pics.
After the last update, and without warning, the plugin switched from Google Maps to OSM without any satellite view. Several dozen of my hike reports now display hike on drawn OSM maps.
Don’t be fooled by the satellite photos you see here is product description. There are no more satellite views
[edit: I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars because I found a workaround for the issue above by rolling back version 1.6 to 1.5. If I could update without fear of losing satellite views I would give it 4 or 5 stars]

My blog posts used to contain embed code from Garmin Connect to show my bike rides.
Garmin Connect stopped working, so I decided to bite the bullet and use WP GPX instead.
I edited my old posts to use this plugin, and it all works perfectly.
It it looks so much better than the old Garmin iframe.

Thanks for this wonderful plugin. I had to replace 200+ posts on my blog with this plugin. This one is beutiful and has many advanced options. I was formerly using ATLSoft’s Google Maps GPX viewer, which is no longer developed and working due to the fact, that google now requires a API key for its maps.

I really like this plug-in. I got quite a few tracks now but I’m missing a feature that is really important to me.. I would like to drop 3 to 4 tracks into a single view so people got an idea where I’ve been driven but they are all the same color. I would like to see an option where I can select a color for each track in the view. Mapsource (and maybe basecamp as well) has an option to set the color and the gpx-file will have the color information. WP GPX does not use it. Eg.: https://boxer.gs/2015/07/4-dagen-luxembourg-eiffel/
And would it be possible to add initial zoomlevel. I always need to zoom in once and then it’s how I like it..

the best plugin i could find for displaying gpx tracks, comes with great options for customizing.
it had to be hacked to work with maps in bootstrap 3 panels, but as far as i am aware this wouldn’t work for any other plugin out of the box, so that’s not a negative point.
my only suggestion is to make the track list in the back-end sortable or at least sort them alphabetical by default, as it is a pain to find a specific track if you got a large number of them.
