I’ve seen others with the same issue where after the form is submitted it’s creating two entries in the googlesheet. One person noted that when in preview and submitting, it was fine, but when doing it from the Published Page, it’s causing two entires and also noted that they have Stripe, which I do as well. There was no resolution.

I have the same issue. I only have the one connector installed, the Page the Gravity form lives on only has one shortcode block loading the gravity form on it. I’ve tried with both Ajax on and Ajax off.

The Trigger Form Submission is done twice for the same object and it ends up writing 2 rows (row 25 and 26) for the same entry.

I tried to use your plugin and it works just fine. the only problem occured to me is that entries get added twice into google sheets. But this only happens with forms that have a payment form (I’m using the GF Stripe Addon).
I’m pretty sure it has something to do with the payment forms because with normal forms it works fine as it should.

Now that I am setting it up on the second website we need it for we’re running into an Authorization error. This error occurs in a regular and incognito browser when I try to “Login with Google Sheets”. I need someone from support who is willing to work with me to address the issue. So far via the email support I was offered a refund, credentials to some random Google API (which I did not put into my site!), and suggestions to remove and re-add the connection on both websites…

I make the connection correctly following the instructions to generate the Client ID and Client Secret and everything works fine. But after 2/3 days the connection fails and when I go to the configuration it says “Token has been expired or revoked.
If I click again on the “Login with Google Sheets” button and grant the permissions again, it works again, but after 2/3 days it fails again.
What could I be doing wrong?

I have 2 questions:
1. I set up a feed for a Google Sheet and it’s working well except it won’t let me add additional fields from the sheet that were added after the feed was created. Is there a way to refresh the feed so it recognizes updates to the sheet without deleting it and starting over?
2. Aside from passing on the entries from the GF fields, is there a way for the feed to pass on the text from the Notes section at the bottom of the Entries page on the backend?

So when I initially setup my Gravity Form with the GP Unique ID plugin from Gravity Wiz everything was working great. Sometime between 8/19/2022 and 8/22/2022 the hidden unique code field stopped sending to the Google sheet. This issue seems to be similar to the “Using AFL UTM Tracker – not parsing to Google Sheets” thread in that I can go to the entry and manually push it to the Google Sheet, but the initial form submit isn’t working. Any thoughts on what might be the issue or how to resolve it?

When adding a new field, the ‘Select Field‘ selector does not show checkbox fields.
I’m guessing this is a deliberate engineering decision, because you could potentially have several items pushed into a single cell. If that’s the case, it would be nice if we were allowed to make that choice. In our case for example, we only have one checkbox option available anyway, so this would be a non issue.
Or is just a bug?

The new entry didn’t create a new row at the end of the sheet – instead it wrote over an existing row. I also have a filter on the tabel, maybe it has something to do with it? Are there any rules regarding filter view of filters in generals?

]]>I have a paid version of the plugin, setup on an order form. I have the current version of the plugin. The form is configured for both Stripe and PayPal checkout.
If I set “Send Entry to Goggle Sheets” to “When payment is complete”, I never get the data in the target Google Sheet.
If I set the option to “When anyone submits the form”, I do get the data.
The test payments are showing as complete, valid and successful with Stripe and PayPal.
I have notifications that are also set to “Payment Completed” that are working fine.
Any suggestions?

So I recently downloaded this plugin so we can connect a gravity form on our woocommerce site to a google sheet. We did this so we can pull of the products quantities and general user information from the form.
The data transfers to the google sheet as it should – however our problem is that the data gets populated twice identically on two rows. This is redundant as they are both the exact same.
Has anyone else had this issue / knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The feeds still work, as it’s set up on around 25 sheets at the moment, but in WordPress all the feed are showing as empty…

AFL is saving the information to hidden fields via dynamic update ok, however the information in those hidden fields is not then being transferred to google sheets. All other fields are OK (in transferring to google sheets), and the data is showing in the gravity forms entry OK, but it is not transferring across to google sheets from the hidden fields updated from AFL information.
