I have installed the WP Hotel Booking plugin, and it’s working well. However, there is no option to download a PDF invoice after payment in the frontend or backend. I need help adding this feature.

Individual room page booking button not working . The check availiablity button on individual room page is not working

Please use the bypass link sent and then go to the Double Room for example and try to make a search on the search widget on the sidebar. We go to the results page after inserting the check-in and check-out dates but no results are showned and the content of the page is all “deformatted”.

I blocked some dates on my room, but The room is still bookable and returns for block day search?when I search the dates blocked

Search functionality not working

Hello, I just found out that if a date is blocked for a room, despite the success, message, a guest can still book the date. I was expecting the room to show after room search for the blocked date. What could cause this?

Just a question:

Does this plugin only work with the themes mentioned?
?Hotel WP Theme? or?The Ultimate Sailing Hotel

Or can it work with any other theme like Divi?

Slider in Single room page not working properly. Some times showing thumbails and sometimes not. Also not showing next and prev icons. I just need fade in carousel with arrows. No need other slider effects. I couldnt see any slider settings option in wp-hotel booking area in admin.

I wonder if it is possible just to insert an availability calendar using WP Hotel booking. The idea is that I have a client with two flats whose guests usually pay after their stay. The booking is done “manually” by a request via contact form, so no booking mechanism is needed. Just the calendar on some pages would be nice for those interested to check on which days the flats are still free…

Hello, I have some issues regarding the search result page of the booking module. With some dates is says check in invalid or check in checkout invalid.

It seems to be completely random.. for example 17 august 2024 until 23 August 2024 it says checkout dat is invalid
30/12 until 31/12 checkin date is invalid?checkout date is invalid
29/12 until 03/01 only the checkin date is invalid. These are just a few examples, other dates seem to work fine.

I have already disabled the rest of the plugins but nothing changes. Everything is up to date and we do not have any booking rules and we have set the price for only basis rate.

Enter the maximum number of reservations that can be made per day in each room. Note that there are only 3 rooms but it allows me to make more than 3 different reservations on the same day and there are only 3 rooms in stock, the day must be blocked after occupying those rooms. Do I need to configure anything else?

1) the thumbnails div loads after 1/2 minutes
2) the thumbnails div overlap with the main area
3) the main photo is duplicated

This occurs both in mobile and desktop devices. Can you please help us to solve? Thanks.

Great day. Awesome plugin for hotel room booking and checking availability. We just have an issue in the Guest Checkout option in the live server. We enabled the option “allow guests to checkout” but this checkout option is not working for the logged-out users. If the user is logged-in in the admin panel then the checkout page is showing data and working fine. But, in my local system using the local database (XAMPP) it is working fine and well.

Hotel booking plugin is causing incompatibilities with the Divi Theme from Elegant Themes. Plugin takes up a large amount of space on each page and causes the page background to turn white. Everything else on the page also gets covered with “whiteness”.

There are errors in the plugin. Room availability is different when we select dates form calendar . And availability is different when we go the room and select Book this Room. Why so? I am getting a lot of issues
