I tried a few hotel booking plugins and settled on WP Hotelier with the add-on extensions bundle purchase.
The plugin is easy to use and set up (I’m using the Hotello theme) and support has been great – quick to respond, very helpful, and they’re even doing some updates to assist with a requirement I have to have more than one bank account on the bank transfer extension as I work with multiple bank accounts in different currencies.
The backend for my client to add manual reservations and view reservations is simple to use. I love that you can still send an invoice directly from the system (like with PayPal payments) and can cancel and amend bookings.
The emails that are sent out on booking have an attractive layout and are easy to set up.
I’d highly recommend WP Hotelier for anyone needing a Hotel / B&B / Guest Lodge booking system.

This plugin is what I had been searching for the past few days. I built a site for my client, running a two-season, multi-price point hostel and this plugin covered everything for us. Plus, it’s nearly fully customizable on the backend. Absolutely fantastic and much more functional than so many of the more popular booking plugins. Will work with any theme, you just may need to do some tweaking, but trust me, you’ll be happy!
Tip in case it comes up, if you’re having trouble with WordPress sending emails from this (or any other plugin), try out Post SMTP. Solved all of my email problems in a matter of minutes ??
