I have a website and airbnb listings. Trying to sync Airbnb via iCal on WP iCal Availability plugin but I am facing double booking issue. Can you help ?

The example given is wrong because the quotes used are incorrect !

I can see lots of people have had this same problem but this WILL work [wpia id=”1″ title=”no” language=”auto”] NOT [wpia id=”1″ title=”no” language=”auto”]. This was probably the result of autocorrect in Word or similar. Took me a while to figure it out so I thought I’d save others the effort.

I added a Feed to a newly created calendar and it doesn’t seem to be the right format or is read incorectly. This is the feed url: https://api.holiday-home.org/iCal/export/36241/368f0e6d905a33849b349d4d198131ac/

The calendar shows everything from 5th of July 2020 as booked. I looked at the feed data and this is not correct. Can someone have a look at this an tell if this is fixable?

It works well in the menu management tab,

I modified the ” as follows in the previous topics

But it doesn’t work .. what to do?

Shortcode not given anywhere after created my first calendar.

Found, copied and tried [wpia id=”1″ title=”no” language=”auto”], but get the following message

WP Simple Booking Calendar: Invalid calendar ID.

Im having an issue where all my calendars are not displaying the availability anymore I’m just seeing a chunk of css output to the page above the calendar.

Please let me know if this is a known problem ad if not can you tell me what is causing it and if there is a solution?

1. I need a booking calendar.
2. Each individual user has a calendar of their own.
3. On each of their calendars, the users state their availability for work.
4. Admin can then see all of the users available for work on a particular day or week?

Do you have a plugin that accomplishes this task, and if not, do you know of any that do?

I installed WP iCal v. 2.6.1. after de-installing the previous free version. Now, when I try to create a calendar, give it a title and press ‘save’ – either nothing happens or I get the error ‘null’.

I had removed the plugin folder and also the db table wpical (or similar),

I use “WP Fastest Cache” plugin witch works allmost always fine with WP-Ical Availability. Sometimes, calendar is empty. I need to clear the cache to make calendar appear. Wich cache plugin do you suggest me to use ?

The plugin doesn’t seem to work with Internet Explorer 11. It displays the widget, which should be located in the right sidebar, at the bottom of the page. After finally scrolling down to the bottom of the page to see the widget, it becomes sticky, obscuring whatever content it slides over when the page is scrolled up and down. Also the display of the widget is cut off and the buttons aren’t displaying the right color background. The back ground color issue also occurs in Edge.

I have one question: does the plugin store any personal data from the calendar on the database? I am asking this because the airbnb ical has private information and I would like to make sure nothing is stored on the database or that can be publish on any page.

Would be possible to encrypt the ical url on the database to it is more secure?

Hi,

The month selector only shows the months from the one you are viewing, so if you select for example, june 2018, yo cannot go back to “today”.
You can click the left arrow several times or just reload the page, but the selector must show always the same monhts.

I wonder if there is a way to make the calendar twice the size, or even bigger?

I did try with changes to the CSS, but did not manage to make any changes to the calendar (just messed the whole thing up!). I wonder if there is any way to just “stretch” the whole calendar to be bigger?

I just discovered an incompatibility when using WP iCal Availability on the same site which is running the latest version of Yoast SEO. I switched to Twenty Seventeen theme, and disabled all other plugins to confirm this was the issue. This is particularly happening when I try to edit a page on the backend that contains the WP iCal Availability shortcodes.

How/where can I translate legend text?

I have several properties listed on airbnb which i would like to offer on my own website using woocommerce with an additional booking mechanism.
My 2 questions are:
I understand bookings made on airbnb will appear as unavailable on my site. but will bookings made on my site also be updated on airbnb? does it go both ways?
– Does this plugin integrate with a woocommerce bookings extension, and if so, which one would be most suited?

Nice plugin, but there is a serious problem that if you use an AirBnB ical feed, the names of the clients are being pulled from the ical feed and included in the website source code for anyone to see. This is a legal problem in countries with Data Protection laws.

I upgraded to premiem version with promise that premiem version allowed me to (and I quote) “Display multiple months”

Is there something wrong with my installation or did you guys just fail to mention that you can only display multiple months on the back-end. In the front-end, you can display 1 month only?

I hope there is something wrong with my instsllation, if not I will pretty feel much cheatedof 20 USD (not much but thats not the point)
