I have an issue where it’s stuck at compressing an image for 2 days so far going on 3 days tomorrow I only wish that it would just skip an image if it can’t compress it instead of freezing and not completing the compression of the other images. please fix this issue as soon as possible. It might be the fact that the image was all ready compressed before I uploaded it!

However, it would be nice to be able to choose which sizes of media files to process. 500 is a lot for general blogs – however if you multiply images by various sizes (including thumbnails), you can easily go beyond 500 files.
There should be an option to prioritize sizes. I’d like to process “full” and “large” files only and leave some minor files intact.
I could use such functionality as I use plenty of full-size sliders on my portfolio and since I’d like to use images as wide as 2560 px – optimizing full size images is number one priority for me.
