When I go to setting and out in information like the address and telephone it wont save it.

I click “Save all changes” at the end of the page but a message appears saying,

NOT ACCEPTABLE
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wp/wp-admin/admin.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi there,
I’m using s2member and I’m looking for some friendly plugin/php code able to auto generate draft invoice (I need to check invoice# and be sure of the info included before to close and send it) after a purchase is completed with PayPal.

wp-invoice-ultimate can do that using PayPal IPN?

Just in case, do you think that wp-invoice-ultimate could be integrated with this function?

Hi there,

in hindsight this might have been silly, however I used the Trash as an Archive for paid invoices.

Now, all my invoices are gone and nobody “emptied the trash”.

Does this plugin automatically empty the trash? Is it possible to recover these?

I’m trying to make a page with a custom query, showing only the invoices of a specific client/id.

make a new query for the custom post type is easy, but how can I add some parameters to show only the invoices of a specific client?

I know that the wp-invoice data is stored in a hidden custom field for each post (_wpiu_invoice_meta), and I could make a query using the args “meta_value”/”meta_query”, but how to make a query that check a key of the custom field array?

A list of suggestions to a cool and simple plugin that works

• Add logo (or just Rich text as head)
• Add company details such as e-mail, adress, phone etc.
• Add option to save products/items
• Add option to customize and add currency and symbols ($,€,￡ etc.)
• Add option to toggle between period and comma thousands seperator (remember the vice versa on the decimal seperator!)
• Add shortcodes for viewing a users invoices (paid/unpaid) etc.
• Add other gateways (not necessary for me, but probably for other users)
• Add option to choose a page for viewing invoices (so that it isn’t from the “/wpiu-invoices/” directory)

Any other suggestions might also be put in this thread to keep them on the same page, and not in a large number of threads (or some voting system that you, “nohalfpixels” create)

I found some small bugs in the plugin that I was wondering if you could do an update for. In wp-invoice-options.php on line 9, it should be “#options” with an “s”:

return $options[$option_name];//return $option[$option_name];

This bug is creating an issue with notifications where the options set do not override the default information.

In wp-invoice-options.php on line 499, I found a bug that causes the tax rate to prefix a zero every time the settings form is sent. I added a sprintf function to add a leading zero if needed, instead of concatenating a string.

$plugin_options['invoice_payment_tax'] = sprintf("%02s", $plugin_options['invoice_payment_tax']); //'0'.$plugin_options['invoice_payment_tax'];

I love this plugin so far. I have installed it on a wp site i’m working on for a client, and would like to be able to use a custom registration form. Is there a way I can get the customers who register for the site to add their info, such as the Invoice System Data info(Company Name, Phone,
Address, etc) into the registration form? The client would prefer the users be redirected to a page after login, rather than access to the wp-admin section of wordpress, which means they wouldnt be able to add this info themselves.

Hi, I would like to remove the extra fields that are displaying on user profile under Invoice System Data. I already have the same info displaying on user profile.

Please tell me what do i need to do to remove this extra filed do i need to edit any files? or they is an option to hide this field on user profile?

Hello nohalfpixels, I’m testing your plugin and I want to translate it to spanish. I’m using poedit for this and I had generated the po files but the plugin doesn’t load the i18n file. The files are es_ES.mo and wp-invoice-ultimate-es_ES.mo.

Firstly excellent little invoicing plugin I like it a lot particularly it’s simplicity… I know how hard it is to make something simple ??

Everything works beautifully for me… except (you knew that was coming!) I’m finding it’s picking up the hidden hcard tag (thats added to every post and page using the popular WP Customer Reviews plugin) used for Google and showing it on the invoice. Any ideas why this may be happening?

One request, whilst I love the simplicity there is just one thing that would give this the finishing touch and that is to have the ability to add a logo to the top of the invoice.
