I use this on many of my clients websites. It works great! I have a form so the potential user can upload their drivers license. When they click submit I receive a notification just like any other GravityForm.

Imagine not being able to allow an email notification to be sent to admin as well as the job owner/poster.
Welcome to a paid theme and plugin x 3 that does just that, nothing very much, plus conflicts like hell with the system.
Not happy.

I’m assuming you guys are referring to Gravity Forms because Astoundify def does not have problems with their support.
Maybe if you were polite about it others would help you, instead of just rating a plugin 1 star when it’s obviously your problem not theirs.
For those who DO care, just use this PHP code in your template if you’re not using the Jobify theme:
if ( get_option( 'job_manager_gravity_form' ) && function_exists( 'gravity_form' ) ) {
gravity_form( get_option( 'job_manager_gravity_form' ), false, false, false, null, true );
}

Apparently you have to purchase something to use this plugin. By reading the support forum, the creator seems rude and unhelpful. Not wasting my time here.

It just works, love that its so simple to use and we can now customize the forms shown on the frontend with our WP Job Manager powered website.

Plugin doesn’t seem to work without a lot of hacking of site and there is no support or decent FAQ from the developer
