On my job postings I don’t have the “Featured Image” block to set an image that will appear when my job is shared on Facebook. Even if it did, I’d like to set a default image that would show for all job postings, any idea how I can do that.
]]>Hi, is there a way to sort/filter the Job Listings page in the WordPress admin by users with Employer roles?
As my client uses the WPJM plugin and employer users are adding more & more job listings, they would like to be able to keep track of who’s posting, what they are posting, and how much they are posting in one place in WordPress. This would help in their interactions with actual employers and users assigned to help post jobs for employers.
The current backend Job Listings page has no such filter option to filter the list by employers (users). And the Search Jobs function does not appear to be able to search by usernames or emails.
Since the Jobs are not detectable by WordPress as posts, when looking at our list of Users with Employer roles, post counts are all “0”.
Do you have any suggestions? Could filtering by employer/users be in the WordPress admin be added in a future update?
Regards,
Frank
Hi,
Is resume parsing supported by this plugin. Please suggest. If yes then please suggest do we have any demo link or feature list documentation.

]]>In all forms within the Job Manager space (submit company, resume, job,..) the editor has a ‘preformatted” option to paste text.
This does not preserve the formatting on paste, and further loss occurs on saving
This is a very important need as most users paste the descriptions from PDF or WORD files.
How can I fix this??

]]>Hi there!
I’ve been having issues with Google reCAPTCHA v3 and WP Job Manager.
I found that they’re supposed to be compatible and followed the Setting up WP Job Manager guide, but it has very little information about reCAPTCHA configuration. I’ve tested both reCAPTCHA v2 and v3, but as soon as I enable the “Display a CAPTCHA field on job submission form” option, job listing forms won’t submit.
I’m also using Gravity Forms, so managing reCAPTCHA across two plugins is a bit confusing. Could you advise on best practices for handling reCAPTCHA in this setup, and help troubleshoot the submission issue? Any guidance would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone,

Is there a clever way?
Hey there,
is it in some way possible to deactivate an active listing via the job dahsboard? Currently there are the options to delete, renew, mark filled etc. But deactivating the listing would be very helpfull for the customer. In case, when the job offer is already filled, there is no need for the listing to be online. So the customer can just deactivate the listing and then relist it the next time he needs it.
Anyone a good solution for that?
]]>Hi, we’re having trouble getting a featured image to attach for one of our listings (The Cotswold Juicery) despite uploading a featured image several times.
I’ve tried switching to the parent theme, and turning off all plugins other than WP Job Manager, tried removing the featured image and re-uploading it, but still it won’t appear on the front end. (Shop page and single listing page)
I’ve tried creating a brand new listing called ‘Test’ and adding the same image, and strangely it works…
Are you able to help?
]]>Hello,
When I make a new Job Listing, it’s created under the slug “job”, but on the job listing page, if I click on the job, it goes to the “vacature” slug, even tho the job was made under “job” slug. Why is it like this?
Hi Team,
We were using the Search Exclude plugin for our website to exclude the search results from website. Previously that tab is visible for each landing page but since from 2 or 3 days it is disappeared from landing page.
Can you please take a look on it? Actually we need to exclude pages from our website search results and without resolving it is not possible for me.

]]>I have a question. When you enable website URLs only as the application method, is it possible for the candidate to be automatically redirected when they click the ‘apply’ button rather than the candidate see text that tells them to apply for the job on a different website.
]]>Dear Support Team,
we are currently using the WP Job Manager plugin on our platform to create and manage job listings. There is a feature within the plugin that allows users to add jobs through a predefined widget/form. We also have the Elementor Connector plugin installed, which lets us customize the form partially using Elementor. However, we are facing an issue with the job preview functionality.
When a user fills out the form and clicks the “Preview” button, the page shows a preview of the job listing before it is published. Unfortunately, this preview page has an oversized font, and we are unable to edit this page in any way. The preview button does not lead to a new URL but instead opens a preview directly from the “Add Job” page.
Despite having Elementor installed, we cannot modify or style the preview page through Elementor, and there doesn’t seem to be a straightforward way to access or edit the layout and font sizes of the preview. The default preview shows text with fonts that are far too large and are not aligned properly, which impacts the user experience.
Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to hearing back from you and hope we can find a solution to this issue soon. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further details.
Best regards,
Jonah St?hler

is there any built in shortcode for a small form to let users subribe/create job alert?
As of now its only one small button in the job listing page under the job filter. I would like to add this popup or some form on other places on my website. For example have a small detail in my right side bar. Any way to do this other than custom code? Cant find anything in the docs.

]]>Hello,
I am currently using the WP Job Manager plugin for job listings on my website. I have encountered an issue where the logo and the featured image are being displayed as the same image on the job listing pages. Ideally, I would like these to be separate, where the logo displays as intended, and a different featured image is shown for each job listing.
To address this, I tried adding a second image field using the WP Field Editor plugin. However, this does not seem to be working as expected, and the logo and featured image remain the same.
Could anyone provide guidance on how to:
Any suggestions, code snippets, or plugin recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
