Installed “WP Last Modified” version 0.1 with WordPress 4.3.1, and it works just fine.
However, the meta tag may be obsolete (November 2015) as it uses the following format:
<meta name="revised" content="timestampOfModificationHere" />.

Hey ,
I have installed the plugin and made the settings. Do I need to do something with the coding to make it work, or do I need to insert any shortcode in the post I am about to update so that it shows the updated date.

* For the new users – Don’t forget that you can change the font style of the Verb to display with Html:
Settings > Verb to display eg. “Last updated:” > You can use html code. Sthg like: <h4><i><font color= red> Son Güncelleme :

Thanks for the plugin guys. The only issue with the plugin is that it does not remove the ‘Posted on’ text. I personally believe the users should have the option to decide whether to keep that text or not.
