Thanks for testing this, and merging it into the core. Just updated to 5.5 RC1, and its smooth sailing.
Keep up the good work!

Looks like the current version of this code only adds lazy loading to images. I also lazy load comments and woocommerce product reviews.
I’m currently using Lazy Load for Comments, but this plugin creates conflicts with Advanced NoCaptcha. So if you add this functionality, make sure it doesn’t disable the anti-spam measures.
]]>Hi!
Many thanks for implementation of lazy images.
But…
How to deal with the issue when we’d like to jump to an anchor which is farther than lazy images?
[The heights of images are not calculated yet, so wrong scrolling distance causes not reaching the target.]
Hello
I have some large galleries using Justified Gallery. These don’t work with lazy loading, which I suspect may be related to the non-standard tag: they use “data-jg-srcset”
What is bizarre, is that this was working a month ago on my website (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/conflict-with-smush-lazy-loading/).
Any idea on some code snippets that may enable this to lazy load?
]]>Hi @azaozz, I’m trying to locate the changelog for v1.1 of this plugin.
Here on www.ads-software.com the changelog just says:
Please see the Github repository: https://github.com/WordPress/wp-lazy-loading
But I can’t find any changelog on Github for it. Am I looking in the wrong place?
]]>in lieu of testing myself – thought I’d just ask — how to exclude certain classes from being lazied ?
use case: buddypress profile image crop messed up by lazy loading
]]>I just installed the Lazy Loading Feature Plugin, and note that it seems to be supplying the loading attribute with the lazy value, but it is not doing that with iframes. Since Chrome also supports that, please consider this a feature request.
