]]>Hi.
is this plugin still maintained?
Can i make commits/suggestions to the code?
Hello!
Could you comment on my first pass on the problem?
https://github.com/szepeviktor/wordpress-plugin-construction/blob/master/tiny-nav-menu-cache.php
It tends to be very lean.
Thank you!!
]]>i dont know if it is already done..
but re-caching should happen not only when editing menus,
but maybe also whenever a category/page is removed from their page, in menu (if that category/page existed in menu),it should be removed too..
i dont know, just a suggestion.
Hi! Thanks for the plugin!
I have installed it and seems to work. But, with the plugin “query monitor” I see the same querys to the database before and after activating the plugin. Maybe is because wordpress transitients?
I don’t see better performance.
I can see that on /uploads/cached_menu/ is the cached menu so I understand is working,
Thank you!
]]>Hi,dear, I like me know its compatible with Cachifiy
Thanks for support
]]>I have installed woosidebars plugin to assign widgets areas to pages.
Widgets areas contains menus.
Plugin menu cache generate cache files correctly. Single one to one menu.
But display menu incorrect.
When I clear cache files and reload page (cache files are created). That’s works. But the current menu (from this page) is displayed on every other pages. The same sidebar menu is on every page.
Great plugin.
I have 8 mega menus on my page.
Plugin save 130MB of memory.
Page load time is reduced by 20 seconds.
very good idea for caching menu.
I have 3 menu, the plugin cache all the menu, can you create a setting to select which menu to cache? Because one of the menu is user menu which contain welcome username. So when other user surf the website, they see that username as well. Thanks
