Not displaying any results

on one of my sites the plugin has stopped displaying any results for time periods int he visitor details tab, I can still see ‘current visitors online’
I have uninstalled by clicking the checkbox in settings and reinstalled several times but still not displaying visitor results, all was working perfect and no other changes have been made, I’ve deactivated ll other plugins and no conficts.
Any solution?
