]]>Hi. I would like to know if it’s possible to disable showing the post navigation on a custom post type on my website. The widget on my sidebar with the title ”Did you know” is from a plugin called Random Content. How do I disable showing those nav links on it.
The post type there is endo_wrc_cpt
]]>Hi,
The plugin seems not compatible with PHP 8.0, when I set this version (instead of 7.4), a message is displayed on the web page: Warning: Attempt to read property “post_title” on string in /…/wp-content/plugins/wp-next-post-navi/wp-next-post-navi.php on line 71
When I revert back to PHP 7.4, no warning anymore.
Plugin Version 1.8.3
WP Version 6.0.2
Hi.
Is it possible to place in footer as opposed to below in main content area?
Many thanks
Hi.
When “use fancy buttons” unchecked, is it possible to style the arrows “?” (i.e. use different character) and also gap before and after?
Many thanks for the great plugin.
Would be good to have option to place buttons at top of page also. ie at top and bottom.
]]>I have add Next & Previous Post Image, but the images display like this:

]]>I’d like to add some space between the end of the post and the navigation links. I’ve tried using margin and padding in the css area of the plugin settings page, but it doesn’t appear to be affecting anything.
Is there another setting I’m missing, or is there something else I need to adjust?
Thanks.
]]>I just installed the plugin, and I’m seeing this error message on the plugin page in admin:
Warning: Use of undefined constant php – assumed ‘php’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/customer/www/****.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-next-post-navi/wp-next-post-navi-admin-options.php on line 261
It doesn’t seem to be hurting anything at present, but I assume that it might be a problem in the future.
Is there something I need to do with this, or is it something that will be addressed in future updates?

Thanks for looking into this.
]]>Works good. What I am missing would be shortcodes for manual integration. Or even better, a block for Elementor! ??
Thx!
]]>This was working fine until today – and all hell has broken lose.
My Website ground to a halt and I could barely do anything via my WP dashboard.
Eventually turned Debug on and this is what I get displayed from both dashboard and page.
I’m using v 1.8.3 of plug-in. Now disabled so can’t show you live errors with debug

I installed WP Nect Post a while ago. Installed a new plugin last night and it has gone wrong since then. But even if I deactivate that plugin it is still screwed up
Hello—
The plugin is working great and really can’t find anything else that does what this does. But there is one issue I can’t solve and that is the call to the default WordPress Emoji for text link navigation.
Is there a way to replace this call set up someway to upload a custom icon or fontawesome or whatever else to be able to customize that icon?
]]>Hi Kharim

Hi, I am using your plugin on an event page for a non profit and it’s great for the posts which I am using to display each member of the association. But we are selling t-shirts and I do not want the links on the product pages. How can I remove this?
]]>Hi there, I have checked the box which states next post in sale category. But somehow it still shows the next written post in another category. Can you help?

Hello,
When I installed and activated the plugin, the previous and next buttons showed at the portfolio item page. However, when I started to change my preferences according to step 2 in the installation tab, nothing is showing anymore at all. I have no idea what happened and how to get it back. Can you help me?
Thank you in advance!
Kind regards!
]]>Hello.
I love your plugin “WP Next Post Navi”.
But i want to use only one button, to the next article, centralized on my website.
So, i need to remove the previous button e centralize the next article button.
How can i do that?
Thank you all in advance.
]]>Coming Soon button work only on the latest post, can you make it appears in the latest post of every category?
Also is it possible to add a dropdown menu between the previous/next button which contains posts in the same category?
Thank you for this plugin!
Hi, have been trying to get navigation links and used your plugin, but its not showing up on the custom post type, have custom taxonomies too which are not empty. Earlier they weren’t showing on normal posts too, figured out i generated posts in bulk through wp cli for seeing the look of blog. Have to create posts manually then the plugin started to work but still its not working on custom post type. What to do here ? Thanks a lot!
]]>Is there a way to make the “Use Images” option display the featured photo of the previous and next posts?
If so, what would I put in the “Previous Post Image” and “Next Post Image” fields?
Right now if I check “Use Images” and leave those fields blank, it just replaces my button with an orange arrow.
]]>is it posible to disable the shadow under the buttons?
thanks
]]>v1.8 Can we have an option to disable the ‘next post coming soon’ button please? It’s nice that you’ve added the option to change the text on it, but I don’t really want to see it. I’ve worked around it just now by changing the colour to match my page background.
Also I think there are a couple of bugs in v1.8, the button showed up as white with a black border and was smaller than the ‘previous’ button until I put some text in it; then the button was correct size but the font size was larger than the default setting.
