Hello your plugin is great, the problem I have is that I removed the Post date but the date still appears in the snippet in search engines Google .
I left it for 2 weeks and the date is still indexed . Could you fix it please?

Old Post Date Remover does exactly what you expect it to do!
We have many posts that are not date-specific — the posts contain information that is helpful regardless of the date, but readers will sometimes think it’s “old info” and may go looking elsewhere.
By hiding the post’s date, readers aren’t scared away … and they linger longer on our website.

I used this on the Contempo theme. I have short courses – serial posts, the dates are a distraction and irrelevant.
The dates are in a large green box on each post, upper left corner. I was worried about how this plugin would effect the look or if it would work. Looks great, the posts are neat, aligned, and uniform – nothing choppy or hacked looking.
I thank the theme developer as well.
I like that it leaves other meta info like author. And I like that the dates remain on the home page – which I did not think that I would. The dates on the blog/home page keep things looking fresh and forces me to add content.

The plugin only functions on the blog not the archive page. Is therefore not very usefull for that is the page that people will access the blogpost from and they will still see all the dates.
I would love the result that DonHx states in his review. I am using Boorstrap Child and this is what I see.
So, Yes the plugin does something, but does not have the promised effect at all in my case. Ben states that he cannot solve this problem, so I will remove this plugin and look for a different solution.

This plug-in saves posts from becoming obsolete just because of an old date. My posts are evergreen so the old date has always been a problem. This plug-in solves the problem perfectly.
Now I can show a new post date for 28 days (my choice) and after that the date automatically disappears from the post.
No bias here, just a regular user. I love this plug-in because readers aren’t turned off from my great content by an old post date.
