When the opt-in plug-in is activated I cannot add any media to my posts. When I click on upload/insert the screen that pops up says, “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.” When you click that link, it goes to a smaller version of the post you’re already looking at, but still gives you no alternate option to upload anything.

I have had this problem in both Firefox and IE.
FF version v.3.6.16

IE version 8.0.6001.18702

WordPress version 3.1.1

Petter, I love the plugin it is simple yet great. I would like to have integration with email providers (mailchimp) so the info is sent to my list automatically, and it would be awesome to have a redirect option. Example: Someone enters their email clicks submit and then get redirected to a page on the site…If you were to use this plugin for a squeeze page and were offering something for free once an email was entered, instead of the subscribe being required to confirm a link in their email they would get instant access (redirect). These upgrades could even make the plugin premium! Let me know what you think!

Hi, this is a really useful little plugin, but could I request a couple of things please:

• add css classes to all the elements so we can style them as we need, like giving the <form> tag an id for example
• please also remove the wrapping <p> tags around the form elements and replace with a correctly id’d <label>
• the <input> submit button would be more helpful if it were a <button>, but failing that, just giving it an id would be great
• finally, in an ideal world, you’d give the option for the submit button to be an image submit button!

That last one’s a long shot I know, but surely giving everything an id should be high up on the list in these modern, semantic times?!
