Bonjour, dans les paramètres :
Et pourtant, quand je purge le cache, rien ne change, c’est toujours noté :
wp optimize page cache – https://getwpo.com – page not served from cache
Merci d’avance.

]]>Hi,
Im using the plugin iCalendrier in the sidebar of my theme since many years, everything was ok. Since a few days, the date of the calendar is not updated everyday. I suppose it comes from the cache. However, the duration of the cache is set to 1 day both in cache settings and minify cache settings too. So I don’t know what is the issue and I can’t fix it on my own. Can you help please ? Thanks a lot. Great day. Philippe
]]>Buenos dias.
Resulta que en mi ecommerce debo recargar la caché cada dia, aparece sin dise?o css y debo recargar la caché para reestablecer.
A qué se debe este problema?

Hi,
(I accidently posted this on the updraft plus plugin forum)
I see posts where people are saying that they have used WP-Optimize to clean up the wp_postmeta and wp_posts database table. How exactly does this work? I have been searching around and cannot figure out how to use WP-Optimize to reduce the size of the wp_postmeta table.
I am currently working on a website (made with Elementor) whose wp_postmeta table is currently 893.05 MB and the wp_posts table is 354.44 MB. Not getting into the fact that Elementor somehow creates massive bloat in these tables – how can we reduce the size of these tables before we are penalized by our hosting company?
I see an option to Clean post meta data, but under that is this message: No orphaned post meta data in your database. Does that mean that optimizing that will do nothing? If there are no orphaned post metadata, then will the optimization even do anything?
Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.
]]>Hi. Some of my product pages lost there CSS. I have a question. Do I have to purge all my cache in WP-Optimize – Cache every time when I make changes, or it can be caused by something else?. Presently after purge I cant see the problem. Some of these products were not edited. Best regards

I tried to fix it with the help from my hosting provider but I think the real problem is something within the WP Optimize plugin (and a few others).?
Can you please help me with this so that I can use my website to the fullest?
Thanks in advance.

]]>Today i noticed, that Webp is not served anymore. After long trying i found out, that changes in the standard preset accept header in firefox are the reason.
New: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,*/*;q=0.8
Old: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,image/avif,image/webp,image/png,image/svg+xml,*/*;q=0.8
It does also affect the pagespeed metrics, where webp is also not served anymore. But i can still see webp on the edge browser. I cannot find much about it in the internet (Only: https://www.camp-firefox.de/forum/thema/138550-falscher-accept-header/ ). What do i need to change to get webp served on pagespeed and firefox again.
]]>Hello
I have a website built with Divi and I am using WP-Optimize, as I do on all of my sites these days, up until now it has given no issues, I am not even sure if what I am reporting is an issue of the plugin, so I am hoping you can help and guide me.
What is happening is that I cannot activate the Divi Visual Builder, when I try it reports that it is active, but I cannot access any of the editing modules, what I do get is a lot of random text below the footer. I reported this to Divi support and they tell me it is a server problem, and suggest I look at the server logs and the only error I see is this:
WP_CACHE constant is not present in wp-config.php
So I look in the wp-config.php file and right at the top I see this directly under the php opening tag
define(‘WP_CACHE’, true);
and a comment after that referring to wp-optimize
So if someone here can please guide me to resolve this issue, because I need to edit this site and so far I cannot!
Greetings WP-Optimize [Updraft] Team,
I would like to verify a statement in the Database > Optimizations feature, specifically the Optimise database tables functionality. Refer image attached below:
1] What do the Statement tables would be optimized (97)
under the Optimise database tables represents in actual, do it suggest those tables requires optimization @ should be optimised OR it is just fetching the total tables in my site directory informing that optimization would be carried out on those tables?
2] Upon the execution of Run all selected optimization
with all sections checked, what is the final outcome [as part of best optimization practice] i should be seeing upon full [browser-end] page reload?
What i experience is that, upon the accomplishment of Run all selected optimization
with all sections checked, the statement changes to optimization completed
, but, when i reload the site , the amount of tables would be optimised remains the same as before the execution. So, in good state operations of the plugin/site script/origin, should i be expecting the number of tables would be optimised
to either reduce or zerorise?
the slide turned into just a photo, the filter doesn’t work, the drop-down menu doesn’t work either. The shopping cart in the homer is also not working. For what reason did this happen and how to fix it?
]]>Hello,
Usually, I’m not a fan of posting about my website issues on forums, but today I’m really stuck and don’t know what else to do. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but the results haven’t improved.
My website has been live for about a week, and I’m very excited about it. However, there’s a major issue with the loading time—it takes ages for my page to respond, which is incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried several plugins, like LiteCache and WP-Optimize, but nothing seems to work. I even reached out to my hosting support, and they said everything is fine on their end; they believe the issue is related to page optimization.
I would be very thankful if you could give me any ideas on what might be causing this long response time and how I could fix it.

How to fix?
]]>Hi Everyone,
In the past 3-4 weeks I’m experiencing difficulties with the cache. In order for new blog posts to show up on the home page, i need to purge the cache. As we have 3-4 posts every day before noon, I purge the cache after 12pm, then they show up.
The cache size is 300-500MB daily…
The posts are visible in the category though, without purging the cache.
This didn’t happen a month ago. I’d be happy about any input.
Thank you all in advance.
Hi wp-optimize team,
I am currently experiencing an issue while trying to enable the WP-Optimize cache. I received the following message: “Could not turn on the WP_CACHE constant in wp-config.php. Check your permissions.”
I have checked that the file permissions for wp-config.php are set to 640. Could you please advise on how I might resolve this issue?
Thank you for your assistance!
]]>Hi support,
Maybe svg can be added to the WP-Optimize Browser Cache?
(I don’t see svg in the .htacces file when this function is enabled)
Hi, if you surf my website without acept cookies you will find video place holder to accept cookie in the home page and also on the blog page. If I activate your Minify function the placeholder to acept cookies are no more clickable so I cannot use minify.
For cookie placeholders I use Complianz
Would be nice if you can add compatibility.
]]>Hi,
Since the auto-update to WP-Optimize ?3.7.0 I am having major performance issues with my site. Is it possible to rollback the update to test if the update is the cause of the issue?

]]>Hello, WP-Optimize team! My client tells me they keep seeing old files when clicking on “Speiseplan” (“meal plan”) on certain pages on their website, e.g. on this one:
https://opal-catering.de/einrichtung/albert-schweitzer-schule/
We upload new meal plans every other week using FTP, overwriting the old files. That way, we can keep the same URLs on the buttons on all pages. So that’s why the client apparently gets old versions of the files delivered. So a few weeks ago, I added the following directive in WP-Optimize to exclude any files in the directory on the server where the PDFs are located:
Still, today, the client told me they’re seeing the same problem again. Old meal plan. A colleague of mine sent me this snippet, saying it looks like the file is still cached:
curl -I https://opal-catering.de/wp-content/uploads/speiseplaene/neue-schule.pdf
HTTP/2 200
server: nginx
date: Thu, 31 Oct 2024 13:54:53 GMT
content-type: application/pdf
content-length: 375729
x-accel-version: 0.01
last-modified: Mon, 07 Oct 2024 10:58:58 GMT
accept-ranges: bytes
cache-control: max-age=2764800
expires: Mon, 02 Dec 2024 13:54:53 GMT
Unfortunately, I’m not smart enough to read this, but yeah, I mean the client is still complaining so I guess somehow the file still gets cached.
What am I missing?
]]>Hello, wp bakery – media grid, masonry grid, any grid are not showing until i make the pages that hold the grids individual cache purge. It is happening on our various web sites with wp optimize installed.
Any idea how to stop that? Thanks in advance. Regards.
Hi there,
I’m one of the developers of the Independent Analytics. We noticed today that WP Optimize recognizes tables that come from our plugin, but not when the Pro version is installed: https://d.pr/i/ag33t8. It uses these same tables so it’s important that users don’t remove them by accident.
]]>Hi,
I’m using your plugin cache but I’m having an issue: when a post is edited the website still stay with the old content. I see no option in your UI plugin to clean cache when a content is changed.
I use the plugin Content Views to add post of a specific category on a specific page. From your plugin description I read that cache are automatically cleared if a post is published and I hope also edited but, if opening the single article may not have the issue of the content not updated because cached, the content listed by the page where the plugin content view append posts, are not updated.
How can I resolve this issue without have to remember every time I edit something to clean manually the cache?
Also will be nice if instead choose to made cache expire only hourly can decide to made cache expire in a shorter time like 15 or 30 minutes.
]]>Hello,
We are an SEO SaaS platform that has a new feature which allows you to implement SEO changes on your website directly from our platform. We have a large number of customers who use WordPress and the WP-Optimize?plugin.
The feature works by adding a Javascript snippet to the customers website to implement the SEO changes made. We are having issues with the way that?WP-Optimize?delays/alters the loading of the script. Is there a way to be able to stop our script being cached/pre-loaded by?WP-Optimize?either by updating a setting or adding an additional tag to the script tag to ensure it’s ignored.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks,
Sophie

]]>Hello,

I am using your plugin because my website is so slow and despite having good SEO optimization the website speed ruins it. I have installed the plugin and the score is the same as before so not sure if that is always like this, but I had hoped to go to at least 99. What can I do?
]]>Strangely, when I deactivate the WP-Optimize plugin, and then reactivate it, the plugin stop to serve WebP images. Before the deactivation of the plugin, everything works normally (Jpeg images are served as WebP images). But after the reactivation, the WebP images are now served as classic Jpeg images (even if nothing changed in the configuration of the plugin itself).
To solve this problem, I have to ?uncheck and then recheck? the box [Create WebP version of image]. Or I can also click on the [Reset WebP serving method] link (both in the menu [Images > WebP conversion].

=> Is it a known bug? Is there a solution?
Thank you for your help.
