Hi. Great plugin. My website has a mobile version that works through the WP-Touch plugin. When I install your plugin and make the single-new.php template for every version calling different headers and footers, it only works in desktop.
May you fix this?

]]>Hi there, this plugin is really handy, but there is one minor issue. When I set the page template for a custom post type, then later use the WordPress ‘quick edit’ section to alter any of the fields (Title, Slug, Status etc…), the page template will revert back to the default template.
