they have excellent products, in my case I use both the wp radio directory and the wp radio player, they are excellent because I work a lot in the creation of stations, but the support they have is very bad, they do not answer emails, do not respond chat for that reason I give them one star, because it is useless to offer a good product but a bad support.

comprei este plugim mais dois complementos dele todos apresentam algum tipo de bug ou n?o funciona, enviei um ticket de suporte a empresa desemvolvedora e estou há ver navios a pelo menos 30 dias, comprei licen?as vitalicias, e o pior n?o achei nenhuma solu??o de reembolso junto a empresa fremiuns que intermediou os pagamentos. it works but only if you buy all of the plugins — it would be better if people stopped using open source code and dropping paywalls and tracking scripts of course we have been tracking it for more than 40 years so we thought it might be normal to see the value of a white label rebrand standard – for a flat fee — makes no sense to charge people to click a button on their own machine nor is it lawful therein the most improved version of a radio would be — to work with USVETBANK.US to cause a mapping of the stations to a virtual radio transmitter of any skin of choice of the user — factually your program is worth your price but it could be worth more if it was used to set a standard of unified radio control by the user and not the paywall —

Plugin is nice but this is the most money demanding plugin I have ever seen. In the free version you cannot even filter by country and genre even if you add them manually. This is a very basic funcionality and it is sad to see you even demand money for this! I hope you make this very very basic functionality free.

It is useless to make a ticket all the time.
Then send an email and they respond.
But after that it is silence, over and and over again.
And than they react…but no response back.
This app seems good, but it also makes a complete server go’s down.
So better not to use this at all.

Great plugin. I bought the pro version. But earlier I had bought the other radio player plugin. Unfortunately no response to the request for a refund. The policy is not to give money back for cold feed buyers, but in my case, I made the wrong choice. Unfortunately no response to my emails. I hate to be ignored.

I have purchased multiple pro version licenses. It works fine on one site but the plugins will not activate on the other. What would cause a wordpress or wordpress plugin to not activate. All my other plugins activated just fine. I also performed a plugin conflict test to see if there was a conflicting problem.

I have just recently sent two requests through your website about your new add on about WP Radio Ads Player and how much that will be, The link on getting Now / Buy Now seems to be broken
so I cannot purchase this.
I am looking to purchase this? New Add on
My other concern is the new update in v3.0.2 (08 May 2021)
