I’m about to have to remove this plugin from all of my sites, and I’m so bummed! I LOVED the WP sitemap integration with Yoast’s SEO plugin, that was brilliant.
I’m open to paying you to keep the plugin updated :-).

For whatever reason, my sitemap page shows my sitemap once in one format, then down the same page it is showing it again in another format? Any thoughts or ideas?

Has this plugin now been abandoned? It hasn’t been updated for quite some time.

]]>I’ve been happily using WP SEO HTML Sitemap for my website for a couple of years now but in that time it appears not to have been updated. A few days ago I had a Wordfence Alert:
* The Plugin “WP SEO HTML Sitemap” appears to be abandoned (updated 2015-12-22, tested to WP 4.4.13).
Is it safe to continue using it or should I now look for an alternative?

]]>Hi,
For some reason the blog post categories on my sitemap are falling under the header Site Map. Which is weird because the sitemap header should be at the top of the entire page.
How do I change the sitemap header to something like ‘Blog Posts’ or ‘Posts”

I have a small suggestion for the next version. Well module does not fully support plug Yoast in terms of taxonomy and specifically the category page woocommerce.

Hi,
I am currently using WP SEO HTML SiteMap (0.9.6) in WordPress (4.4.1) that also has the plugin YOAST’s WordPress SEO (3.0.7)
I use the following short code to create a site map:
[wpseo_html_sitemap]
This successfully displays all pages and Posts.
Can anyone tell me how I can use this shortcode to create a site map similar in layout to Rise of the Web’s map at https://riseofweb.com/sitemap/
In particular I would like to display the Pages in one list and Posts in a separate list, ideally separated by category as seen on the Rise of The Web pgae.
Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Robbie

]]>How can i locate my sitemap page
]]>Good day sir,
i downloaded and installed your plugin, in the setting page i was required to select my site map page but i couldn’t find my sitemap page on the drop down
this is my sitemap page generated by Yoast SEO plugin
https://site.com/sitemap_index.xml
Am new to web design so am not familiar with how Yoast SEO and your plugin work.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
You seem to be using the site_url instead of the home_url to build the slug for the xml sitemap.
I know this because I’m using a non-standard directory structure and the link that’s created when I select the “Link to XML Sitemap” option on your settings page it sends me to the site_url and subsequently 404’s.
Should update that to use the home_url instead.
Thanks for the great plugin.
