Dear Authorize.net Merchant,
It came to our attention that the previous email had links that were not easily accessible. We apologize for any confusion. Here are the correct links to the support articles with detailed instructions below:
? Entrust to DigiCert SSL Certificate Migration (KA-05545)
? Latest Version of Authorize.net Server-Level SSL Certificates (000003009)
Who is being affected: Merchants who utilize Authorize.net APIs and endpoint URLs in their websites or applications will need to make updates. They will need to integrate and use the newly-issued Root and Intermediate (CA) SSL certificates from DigiCert. This should be done before the scheduled revocation dates to avoid disruptions.
What you need to do: You must integrate and use the newly-issued Root and Intermediate (CA) SSL certificates from DigiCert by October 24 to avoid any disruptions. Hello!
I would like to remove the e-mail address field from the options in the form but I can’t find any options within the plugin itself. Does it need to be removed via code?
Thank you!
I need to customize the appearance a bit, and can’t for the life of me figure out your code.
For example, I want to HIDE the Form Heading, as it’s not needed on my page. Can you let me know the code to hide that? (Also in a future version could you give us the option to?)
I’d also like to modify the field boxes to match the rest of the site. Is there an example you could provide to change the style of the field boxes, and surrounding border of the entire form box altogether?
Thank you!

The form seems to be working fine. However, there is one issue, i.e. the phone number is not getting relayed to authorize.net and it’s not showing in their payment receipts.

This is a great plugin, hopefully you can help mw with this. I need the customer to be allowed to do separate Billing and Shipping address. I see I can add separate fields for this and it will show up in wordpress history, but it does not pass to auth.net. Where can I make mapping for shipping address on auth.net in the code? It would also be nice to have check box “shipping same as billing” or something like this to auto populate but not essential.
Hello,
I activated the plugin and did everything that was required. The link is live and I tested it out by filling out the form and when I clicked “donate” button at the end of the form, I received an error msg:
“(TESTMODE) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.”
Our authorize.net account is valid and API key and transaction key were successfully created.
I enabled authorize.net. I enabled authorize.net sandbox in the Transaction Mode (I don’t know what that means).
Can you please help?
Thank you.
Hello,
The required dropdown labeled “Payment Method” will not let anyone select any credit card options recently. I noticed payments still go through and it automatically detects the Card Type on the Authorize.Net end. How do I fix or remove the field from my form that is a required field labeled “Payment Method”? I do not see it in Form Field Settings?
On a side note, I noticed the “Credit Card Logos” is an empty image at the bottom of the form. If I right click on it and go to “Open Image in new tab” it takes me to Intuit and spits out an error?
Thanks!

Hi, thanks for making this plugin. It let me use authorize.net even though I have no dev background. But I need help with the optional fields.
In the linked page, I set the fields Description, Company Name, and Invoice Number as optional (since they are only needed for people in certain areas for legal purposes). But they are still being required even though they have no asterisk.
I doublechecked the settings and all of the optional fields have “Is Required Field” set to “No.” So I have no idea what to do.

Hello,
Wonderful plugin! I noticed recently that a client was attempting to send an online payment of $5825, but the payment kept coming through as $5 dollars. I determined they were putting a comma after the 5. They were entering: 5,825
Is there a way to allow the Amount field to accept the comma value, or simply ignore it? It would be helpful for clients who decide to put in a comma for some reason and us not needing to Void orders and have them resend.
My Amount field is: payment_amount
Thank you so much!
