I tested this plugin on a test site.

Attempting to leave comments resulted in a blank page–whether the comment was copied/pasted, a brief typed comment, or a longer comment.

I checked the code, and it is probably because I disabled Javascript for testing purposes.

In other words, the plugin requires Javascript. This should be stated in the Installation instruction. I have not tested it with Javascript enabled.
