I’d been looking for a simple but effective bottom-right subscribe tab widget holder for ages. Most modern ones are pop ups which only trigger at specific bits of the page, or won’t display the jetpack subscription sign up box. This one, I’m glad to say, works with jetpack and with a little CSS tweaking you can make it look however you want.
Dead simple, still working on the latest wordpress, nice little plugin.

I had an issue with compatibility with WP3.8.1 but this has been fixed. Great support. I should of posted to support before rating previously, I didn’t expect such great support for a free plugin. Highly recommended.

Seems to work fine, but it would be nice with an auto hide option. Eg. after 10 seconds.
