I read recently that SteemPress does not support the Steem blockchain anymore, so I am considering to use this plugin. Normally, I would want some specific posts to appear on both Steem and Hive. I have been working with a finance and technology blog that provides contents for several communities on both Steem and Hive blockchain s respectively.

However, I have been going through some other topics that were raised on here. I would like to know if the developers are still around. I have been having some problems with the plugin. Here is a link to the website I tried connecting.

I would love hearing whether the plugin still works despite not having been updated for months?

As for my site, it does only give the 300 sec. warning (as others have commented here already), but then nothing. Not a trace in the log either.

But more than that, it doesn’t even autofill fields in the post entry and update pages, like the permanent link of the post.

So overall, it doesn’t seem functional, but that might be because wordpress has quite advanced over these months, and I’m sure steem has, too.

Great plugin if you don’t care what happens to your website but keep in mind that Search Engine Google don’t like duplicate and automated content. It can have negative impact on your ranking.

I thought Steemit is about bringing value?

I have just installed it on my blog. However it always show the message “Please be reminded that there is a 5 minute cooldown when creating a Steem post in the Steem blockchain.” Although I have waited for a long time between tries.

I have reconfigured the plugin settings and verified the account name and private key. It still shows the same…. Please help!!

I have been having a very hard time finding a solution to this problem.

I discovered over two months ago that my WordPress site content is no more synced to Steemit and other Steemit blockchain projects.

All efforts to resolve this issue has proven to nought.

I’d like you guys to help. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times,but it is not working.

I have the plugin version:1.0.5 and I realized that is not working in 2 of my webs. The wordPress version that I have is 4.9.1.

One of them stopped publishing 2 months ago in steemit, I think this was the last update of this plugin.

Hi team,
Drafts from WordPress are being sent to Steem. Not sure what issue was fixed in 1.0.4, but it’s still happening in the current version (1.0.5 as I type this).

I have installed & configured this plugin on WP4.8. I configured post type both post and page. but when I post some blog on wordpress it is not publishing on steemit.com

It is giving me a confirmation like

but not posting on steemit. I am running my wp on local ubuntu machine (for testing purpose), please let me know if it is required to run on some FTP or cloud server.

As other user reported on Github(https://github.com/recrypto/wp-steem/issues/8), plugin is not working for me either.
No errors, it just never publishes anything on inserting or updating a post.
I also tried resetting the posting key with no luck.

This is a great plugin. I have been testing it out and it works great.

The only thing I cannot figure out is how to stop it from publishing draft wordpress posts to steemit.

I only want it to publish to steemit once I have published on wordpress. Is there a way to do this?

Is there an option to post to steem by default, instead of clicking the box each time? The reason I ask is because I have writers that post to my blog and they ask for more money when I request for additional tasks.

I looked at the screen options at the top of the page and there is no option to remove it.
