Im considering you as our new email newsletter tool. :))

But I have some questions:
– Can I make a signup form to my wordpress website? And how? Is it a code?

– In the signup form: Will the user be able to sign up for different newsletters? (We have different e-mail lists – for example Partners I, Partners II etc. and we want the customer to be able to choose which newsletter lists they want to be on when they sign up through our website).

– If they unsubcribe to one newsletter list: Do they unsubscribe to all of the lists? Or do they only unsubscribe to one of the lists?

– How do I set up the newsletters? With drag and drop or coding?

– Can I add old subscribers to your e-mail system without them needing to confirm the subscribtion? (I have an e-mail list and if I want to change e-mail list provider I need this function).

A customer commented that they didn’t receive their welcome email / coupon after signing up to the mailing list. I double checked and they had not been added to the Sendfox list. I tested adding a few email addresses myself and they too did not import into Sendfox – is this a known issue?

Hi, I have the paid pro version of the subscribe forms. I have it integrated with constant contact but when someone enters their email in the form, the details are not captured and are not forwarded to my email. Also, the form on the footer is not working at all.

once I installed the pro version, it not display the background of the subcribe form. what should I do to overcome this?

When testing and deploying the form it allows the user to submit without entering anything into the form. Can the email field be made required so a blank (non-email format) submission does not work to submit?

I am interested in this plugin but I can’t find the answer to my biggest question – which is, once integrated with Mailchimp, can you customize this tags and/or groups? I need an optin form that automatically either tags people and/or adds them to a group.

I finally got the plugin installed with the license key, but now it is as if I have a free account. There are no options to even change colors or forms. I believe it may be because I have a multisite set up and plugins are installed network active. Any other ideas as to why I don’t have any customization options available?

Hey, I purchased your Subscribe Forms and created a nice looking form on my home page here (https://mauricekenny.com/ ).

The issue is that when myself or someone else inputs a email and then clicks send it does not work. Right now I have it set up to send email, but when I click send nothing ever gets sent to my email.

As a note I spoke with wordpress support and they said they could not resolve this issue on there side.

Could you help to fix this issue?

Sign up email doesn’t show up on MailChimp. The plugin itself looks promising but there’s two main problems, viz:
1. When someone clicked on the subscribe button, a long message “You Have Successfully Subscribed to the Newsletter” appears for a very long time.
2. When someone clicked on the subscribe button, the email was saved only on the plugin ‘Subscribe list’ and not on the MailChimp list, this is very disappointing because I rely a lot on Mailchimp.

If you’re ready to fix this issues asap. I will post a positive review.

I need to activate missing field error message while submiting form, currrently form is submitting without any details in the form

Installed and activated this plugin, but when I enter my ActiveCampaign API info I get a the following error messages:
