FOR EXAMPLE WE DIDN’T ASSIGN ANY AGENT LIKE; I DIDN’T ASSIGN JOHN TO THE TICKET NUMBER 1002 AND 1004 BUT WHEN I LOGIN FROM JOHN’S ID AND OPEN SUPPORT PLUS THE TICKET NUMBER 1002 AND 1004 IS SHOWING. I DONT KNOW WHY PLEASE HELP

]]>Our client has WP Support Plus Pro (version 6.1.3) with a license installed. I know this is a legacy plug-in but the client needs this version for the time being.
Is there some way to “archive” old tickets?
They have been building up for many years and they basically want to archive tickets (in any way) older than 2 years ago. Just to clear up space with all these tickets in WP Support Plus.
What is your recommendation?
It doesn’t have to be a ‘neat’ solution. Even if there is some way to export them and save them in some format for safe-keeping – and then be able to bulk delete/purge those specific exported ones to free up space in WP Support.

We have a problem with the access to the plugin frontend panel when the user is not logged in. When a user try to access to the default url of the plugin in the frontend, it redirects to the login screen (by adding “redirect_to” parameter in the url) and this is OK, but then this page in turn redirects again to the frontend default URL of the plugin and an infinite loop is formed. At the end the browser shows an “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” error.
We have checked the cookies, the permalinks, the htaccess file, the plugin options… We also checked that there was not a compatibility problem with another plugin … but nothing has solved the problem.
How can we fix this error?

]]>we are using the support plus for our client’s site and we were planning to move/change hosts. we have moved the site to the new hosting platform, but before we can change /make our new site go live we noticed a few tickets have been created on the older platform how can we move these new tickets to the new site/staging site as we don’t want to lose the data for these tickets.
we have already created a ticket on the support page 3 days ago but haven’t heard back
The plugin used to work well but after a while as the admin I can’t reply any ticket if I click on reply button and I just see a spinning wheel!
