This plugin is pretty good, I purchased the Pro version to support the developer and really wanted to give it 5 stars.
Only one major issue that prevents me to give it higher rating – the support login does not support multiple factor authentication!
The 2FA is a very important function I need to secure the login for my users. Unfortunately it does not work, hence I have to remove the support page from the menu to avoid login errors. Users are forced to login via standard WordPress login page before they can see the support page.
Please fix this ASAP.

a) Great support
b) Minor plugs issues (e.g. skype plug cannot be translated)
c) Didn’t work on iPhones as it should, now much better
d) Not compatible with every theme, but support helps

My company has been using this plugin for approx. 3 months and so far–very good and support has been useful. I am using 9.09 (updated from 9.08) and this update is filled with improvements and enhancements. HOWEVER, I will suggest further form enhancements (e.g., integrate with Super Forms, and/or Gravity Forms) and the ability to further manipulate the ticket form (e.g., making fields bold).
Keep adding more improvements and my company will continue to use this plugin.

I use this plugin since two months and I am really happy with it. People adopted it easily, and it’s a real help for us to track issues/feedback.
Email piping is really simple to configure like a client mail. Email notifications can be customised like we wanted and that’s great!
The creation of filters is a real plus to quickly switch from a view to another one. Also, we do appreciate the easy way to create custom forms with mandatory or optional fields.
I would like a better way to customise login page, because the redirect to our support page is lost after authentication. Currently, we need to use a redirect plugin to keep track of it.
Otherwise, this plugin works as expected, and the support is responsive to our reports.

Before the updates around 4 months ago, the plugin was great. We have since purchased the plugin to get the add-on features, but it does not work nearly as well as it did before, when it was free. Customer support and service seems to be almost non-existent. Seemingly very unprofessional company and situation in general. Very dissatisfied with this purchase and the functionality of the plugin.

First, I’ll state up front that we don’t have any special configuration on our server that should prevent this from working, and in fact it worked fine until we decided to purchase a premium option to get email piping functionality, which did not work at all. Even after we contacted support (heads up, they take anywhere from 48 hours to over a week to respond), and set up an admin account in WP for them to take a look, and an FTP account as well, even their support people couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working. They then asked for root access to our server. Nope. Sorry. If you think I’m giving root access to my servers to someone who has already demonstrated business worst-practices and acted in what I consider to be in extremely bad faith, you’re insane.
I then suggested that we should just agree that this doesn’t work for us, and to please refund our money and go our separate ways. They told me they’d have to refer this to ‘Customer Relations’ who never responded. When I followed up, they refused to a refund, and hid behind clauses in their TOS, instead of acting honestly and honorably and simply writing us off as an unhappy customer.
At the end of the day, the simple fact is that we, a charitable nonprofit, needed a simple and affordable solution for a help desk. This didn’t work for us, and we just wanted our money back so we could move on, and instead got nothing but attitude and excuses from them. If you are an honest company with a good product, you should stand behind your product 100% and if it doesn’t work for someone, don’t take their money. That’s how I was raised, anyway. The minute you start quoting terms of service as an excuse for your lack of support and overall bad behavior, that’s when alarm bells go off.
This may be the cheapest solution out there, but you get what you pay for.

Set it up… and then you have to pay just to know how to use it.
I think this plugin should not even be present in wordpress directory because they say it’s free but it is not.
Beyond this it’s buggy, anche is crashing my theme (official from codecanyon, installed on more then 20 sites with no problems).
I think that Wordpres should be more aware of what it allows in its directory.
Absolutely do not waste even 1 second on installing it.

One of the worst choices for support. I have TRIED to use this plugin for a couple of years and the same issues occur over and over and over . . you finally get it working and the idiots running this place implement “great features” without any idea of how it creates tons of issues. EVERYTIME there is an update we spend half a day to 18 hours (depending on when support is back online) with pissed off customers because we can’t reply and lose business because new customers can’t open requests for information. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME if you need something that is reliable.Other issues: They Keep changing subscription methods/pricing. Every feature has to be licensed and requires a seperate plugin and updated individually – they did because they changed how they used to bill for the features. Yes they will reply and help you, but we can’t be down for 12 hours until they come onine again. They will implement new changes that don’t work unless you hunt around for hours on how to make the new feature work with your setup. After updates features you enabled are set back to default and then again you have to go hunting in their terrible dashboard layout. I can keep going on and on . . .this place has no clue on how to dispatch new software upgrades and patches.
