I installed this plugin and activated.
And when I tried to go into settings to fill out the survey, I was faced with a blank page.
The error log seen through F12->Console is as follows:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
or
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET 200 (OK)
Is this plugin not working now? Or maybe I missed something?
I deleted the default theme and all other default installed plugins and tried several things, such as increasing memory or deleting the cache in the php config, but they were not effective.
This plugin is all we have been searching for, but we have one issue. We would like to give the user a detailed report in a pdf form, but we cannot find a way to edit the pdf or anything.

Just downloaded and looks perfect except the results don’t seem to want to show up which is what I want it to do and also some of the colours and fonts etc don’t seem to accept any editing, but have somehow changed themselves to adapt to the site’s colours. Perhaps I have not paid for the plugin yet and that explains these apparent limits, just keen to ensure that it will do the job before coughing up.

I installed the plugin and created the Turkish language version of the po file and I named the file modal-survey-tr_TR.po
I’m using Turkish language in WordPress. I deleted other language files in languages folder. But plugins already showing English.

I want to post a quiz for users like have you watered the plants? Or have to fed the dog? And once they finish the survey they should be able to see all their unfinished tasks as a todo list based on the quiz! May be like pipe the answer to checklist from the quiz!

I would like to track the surveys completed and their results against individual users/members, rather than insist they manually insert their name & email address as part of the survey.
I want to have a series of surveys for members to work through and can’t risk a different email address being used that would seem like more people than really took part in the survey. We’re giving away a free gift for each completed survey, so we need to know exactly which members have completed the survey and not have them doing the same survey over and over again by entering different details each time.

I like the look of the pro version – It says i can create a custom report – but i want to know how – it looks like it is just a graph??
I want to be able to create an individual user report (not just a chart) for a user. So if they select option A on question 1 then the full report gives all their responses and also pulls a directive from me that says to do Action X. (if they pick option B then they do Y. Is it possible to create this sort of thing at all.?
Then I want the user to create an action plan from the answers. SO they would fill in another form and get a custom report for that as well.
Is this possible from the paid version – it looks quite nice.
