I can see a tab on both a test post and test page that says “take survey”, but the test survey I created never becomes visible on either.

I downloaded the plug in and created the survey. I can select the survey in a page or post, but it does not appear on either. Is there a change to the php files that I need to make?

I have installed WP Survey Plus on remueraresidents.org.nz and it does exactly what is required when using a desktop, but doesn’t work for me on an iPad.

Is there a solution for this? Your advice would be appreciated.
