Is it possible to add events to my calendar page?

I am using WordPress version 3.6 and php version 5.3.8 and wpteacher 1.1.6
I have got a fresh installation of wordpress.here is the error I got on activating the plugin.

When clicking on WP-Teacher in the backend, we get this

I can add events and courses, etc., but get this. I haven’t played with the rest to see how it all ties together, but I’m assuming I need that menu selection to be useful.

To add to this, I as a Super Admin, see everything fine. She is administrator of that blog. I can make her Super Admin and it’s fine. I change back to regular Administrator and it’s broken again.

My calendar has always worked great, all nicely color-coded, loved it ??
However, since about a week ago it just no longer works, nothing is displayed.
I have not made any changes to pages or settings – I haven’t touched the site in over a month except to update to WP 3.5.1
I don’t remember if the problems began before or after the upgrade.
Please help!!

As a teacher who is using a wordpress blog as a CMS for my class, I congratulate you for this great pluggin. Yet, it is so great that I realised after trying to use it that it actually is too sophisticated for my simple needs, and that it confuses me in the use of my CMS/class blog. Therefore I decided to uninstall it. Unfortunately, once uninstalled, it seems that it created something in the menu in such a way that the menu doesn’t work anymore. Does it mean that once this pluggin is installed you have to stick with it even if you don’t need it in order to keep the menu working or is there a way to uninstall it and still have the menu nicely working just like before ?
Thanks for you help, I have been intensivelly working on this blog for one year, it is hours and hours of work spent on it by me and my students, and it would be very great if we could continue working with this blog just like before.

Quick question
I have went in to add a class that will be held on 12/14/12. However when I go to the calendar for the month of dec, i dont see anything for the 14th. I did the samething for an event as well. The event is until nect year in Feb. But I thought I should be able to see the events and or classes on the calendar.
Also i tried to add the class i created to my menu, but another page shows up instead of my class page. The page that shows up is a home page. Can you advise?

However, the main title of that page is Blog Archives. I think it would be more helpful to the student if it were to say “General Biology.”
BTW, the title “Blog Archives” was seen with two different themes.

I also noticed in the list of all events that the event does not show the event type. It says, “No event types.”

I created the course, the calendar, and the first assignment. Now I’m wrestling with how I make a course accessible to visitors. So far, it seems only the Calendar provides a way to create a menu item. Is that right?
I would like to be able to make the course date-independent.
I added a PDF as an Assignment Document, but it doesn’t show up in the Assignment.
