For some reason clicking on a profile does not link thru to the profile. The “popup” option is OFF in this case because we don’t want popups, just normal links thru to the profile pages that this plugin creates for each person.
How do you set it up like that?
I’ve got the shortcode option “popup=false” but now nothing happens at all when clicking on a profile. Shouldn’t there automatically be traditional links if not using popup?
Is there another shortcode option to make it link to profile or something?
If not what is the point of having a custom post type with pages for every person if there is no link to them?

]]>We have two team members in first row. If I use Grid=”2″ the image changes to oval shape but the Name & Designation background is of odd size, large than the others down below. And if I use grid=”3″ or “4” image is in circle but the name background still remains bigger in size. Is there any way to change the size of this? Thanks

Change color of info background on hover/focus/active: I’ve been able to change the color of the background of the text on hover but not on focus or active (still showing blue background). I can’t seem to find the right selector in inspector. Could you please point me in the right direction?
Social icons are not visible: I have support for Font Awesome 5 declared in my theme (https://share.getcloudapp.com/8Luk5pQW) but the social icons are just showing gray on gray. How can I get them to display properly.
Additional social icons: how can I add other social networks? This is for an international conference so I’d like options for other links please.

The team slider should appear under “Meet Our Team” on the home page. I have this code in the widget there:

Edit: I checked and it seems the grid still works so it is just the slider that’s problematic. I have changed the code to this for now:

]]>hi there, have used the free Team Showcase plugin on a couple of sites and i like it. however, for a new project we want to look at having more control over the number of columns shown on small screens/mobile. does the pro version provide any options for this e.g. have 6 cols on desktop, but 2 or 3 minimum on mobile, or below 800 pixel screen width etc.
any documentation on this?
with the free version it always seems to stack down to 1 column, there’s no control over this.
is it possible to upgrade to Pro just for the team showcase plugin. the website seems to require the essentials pack with numerous other plugins.

Any help welcome. When changing screen size some of the profile pictures become cropped- makes the head shots not look ideal.
So images become hidden on different screen sizes.
Is there a css code that will fix this or do I need to change the image size?. Note this is not happening on all screen sizes just when the screen size is wider in landscape

just noticed today that the wp-team-Showcase Plugin doesn’t Display any longer the Images of our 5 team-memebers (see link).
When I login as wp-admin, I can see all the Pictures & the page works flawlessly.
What I tried so far
+ updated Plugin (no Errors)
+ cleared all caches
+ changed shortcode from [wp-team popup=”false” grid=”3″] to [wp-team-slider]
+ deleted on one of the Team members the “post Thumbnail” and created it again
+ checked that the 5 imgages really exist in the media library
… all no effect.
In the source-code of the pages where the Images won’t Show the link is quite awkward:
