I was about to handover the site to the client, when i just installed this plugin .The woocommerce search misbehaved and just wouldn’t search right.The first thing to troubleshoot would be to uninstall the last plugin installed , that’s what i did .I uninstalled this plugin and the site came back….Not recommended till they fix this bug. Plugin conflict was causing the issue with the woocommerce Search not working.NOT RECOMMENDED!

I purchased the Enterprise version of WP Ticket to support incoming email from clients (apparently also available as extension to free version), as my previous ticket plugin was no longer supporting incoming email communications on our WPEngine host. The WP Ticket developer diagnosed the problem (which several hours with WPEngine support techs had failed to do), and fixed it immediately in a revised version. I’m very happy with their level of support, and the plugin itself appears well thought out with good customization/extensibility.

I cannot believe it , in free version you can not delete tickets!!!
It works very bad on twentysixteen default wordpress theme.
When I uninstalled, tables and configurations in wp-config table not remove. I removed tables manually.
When I uninstalled, the role “Support Agent” not remove, I remove it manually.
This things get 3 hours from me, Be careful to install this plugin!

The demo of this plugin has some simple basic features. It’s easy to use, but does not have email notification. The pro version does not integrate well (with certain themes/plugins) and in the end I was not able to use it as a support tool. I also observed that the tickets were public by default (kind of like a forum) which is cool if that’s what you want. Nice reply feature. Integration could work better if there was an option to customize the colors without assuming you want to use your theme since it might not work. Compare the price and features carefully to be sure if this is the right solution for you

There’s a lot to say about WP Ticket.
It’s a great, simple-to-learn layout, and very useful as both a support tool and a communication tool simultaneously! Very highly recommended if you are looking to offer a reliable support ticket system on your site, and probably a much better plugin to do so with over the competition!
However it does have a rather big problem with it too: It’s too bloated. It really does drag down your site speeds, and for sites with cheaper, limited hosting plans, you may want to look elsewhere for a support plugin. I did some testing on my site, and found that, without WP Ticket, my plugins altogether only cost my site’s page loading speeds 0.541 seconds. However, with WP Ticket installed, the plugin load time is now dramatically slower, at 0.814. This is a considerable drop in site speed rates, and I would very much like to see this plugin cleaned up a bit so it doesn’t impact site speed as much.
