In line 65 in thecp-admin-int-schedule.inc.php file there’s a typo:

It says “Paid Status” but it should be “Booking Status” instead.

There’s a warning in line 1079 in the cp-main-class.inc.php file when editing a page with a booking form:

I’m using the available email tags in notification emails, and all of them work as expected except for the %final_price% tag. This particular tag consistently renders as 0.00, regardless of the correct price displayed in the form when selecting a time slot prior to submission. As an alternative, I attempted to use the %app_price_1% tag, but it yielded the same incorrect result.

Is this a bug?

In a space rental site I’m building I have 6 different slots in each weekday:
8AM, 10AM, 12AM, 2PM, 4PM and 7PM

Can the plugin be configured so each slot has a different price? That is, 8AM = 200€, 10AM = 200€, 12AM = 200€, 2PM = 200€, 4PM = 250€ and 7PM = 250€

One question. Is there a way to limit bookings to consecutive time slots and days? For instance, if a user books 10 AM – 12 PM on Monday, they should not be able to book 2 PM – 4 PM on the same day without first booking the slots between 12 PM and 2 PM.

In the plugin’s FAQ there’s a mention of a .nonavailableslots CSS that is applied to calendar dates without available time slots (ex: fully booked):

Quick question. Does your plugin support creating multiple booking forms, each with its own calendar, for different spaces? For instance, a client has two conference halls in a building and needs to set up separate booking forms so users can reserve each hall for specific time slots.

I set it up with a slot booking for a specific time but when publishing, it says no more slots available. But it is a completely new form. There are no bookings etc

1. Is there any option to be able to display the remaining slots per time slot? For example is at 10:00-11:00 only 5 people are able to book, to have that capacity number under the time slots so that the customers can see the remaining slot available at each time slot.
2. Also, any chance to change the look of the security code image that users should use to enter the code to be able to proceed with the booking?
3. Any chance that i can chance the format of the date that appears when a customers chooses a time slot? At the moment it is displayed using format mm/dd/yyyy and i want to be able to display it in format dd/mm/yyyy.
4. How can i change the content of the email? Need to change the text of it not the dynamic data that is included into it

The system keeps automatically cancelling some of the appointments and yesterday when we re-booked an appointment on a customer’s behalf it got cancelled again! It’s causing quite a few problems

I have a form where a captcha has to be typed in a text box. It is only 5 characters but the text box is really wide. I want it to be smaller so my form is in general less wide.

with setting WP_DEBUG to false those warning and notices are gone and sent nicely, but if those warning showed sent only appointment mail. (not sent confirmation mail to the user who submit the form.)

But the extra choice is added to both of the booking
Is there a way to ad an extra choice per individual booking.
an example:
a person can book 2 bcycles at 14pm
options include a refreshement along the route at a price of 50 (apiece).
But only one person takes this option (for 50).
the price is added to both now (total 100)

I’ve been testing the plugin and it’s good, but I noticed that in the admin area, where you look at form submissions, when I change the status from Approved to Pending/Cancelled/Rejected it just goes back to Approved. I updated to the latest plugin but it still doesn’t seem to work.

How to Store Our Submission form Data to our Database in Seprate rows with Field key Colum row

I have a problem with the plugin. I don’t use it as regular daily activity calendar, but we set available some free spots to book now and then. Therefore, there are moments where there are no spots available in the calendar.

However, people can book an appointment even if there is no slot available. In the booking confirmation email I receive the user data but there is no data about date and hour.

Do you have the possibility to let the plugin block the acceptance of bookings if there is no slot available in the calendar? I think that should be normal to be like that.
