Remove black bar?

Anyway to remove the black bar? I am trying to configure a widget that opens a box for me to enter info, but the area I need to access is blocked by the black bar. (I posted the question to the plugin maker for the widget too.)

You have admin bar removal, admin bar node removal, toolbar removal and toolbar node removal, all as separate plugins! Why not roll them all into one, or at least just have two (admin bar with node and toolbar with node). Having all these separate plugins is very confusing, and downright superfluous. After all, they all ultimately serve the same purpose from the end user’s point of view.
