When we click on either the “Add-Ons” or “Upgrade” tab, we are taken to a brand new page. Instead, the data for those tabs should be displayed within each respective tab (i.e., below those tabs).

We’ve been using the SMS bundle for a couple years but with recent changes to regulations we’re having trouble with our Twilio account. Our subscribe form (made with WP Forms) adds users to the built-in “subscriber” WordPress group. Is there a way to have it automatically send a text message to the subscriber to confirm their opt-in?

I have plugin set up with Twilio, and I bought a phone number at Twilio. In plugin setting in WP admin, I can send a test text from the ‘test’ tab. But when I send a text to usergroup in ‘Bulk SMS’ tab, text does not get sent. On text that do not get sent, I see these error logs in Twilio:

Firstly, thank you for deleting my earlier comment about the total lack of support. We have purchased the WP Twilio Core & Bulk SMS plugin, and would like to get some support OR refund, if there is no support.

We have contacted you through Facebook as well and that went unanswered.

Therefore, please advice if you can or cannot provide support and provide a refund.

We use FluentCRM on our website to manage our contacts: customers, WP users, newsletter subscribers. In other words, we have more contacts within FluentCRM than we have wordpress user accounts.
Is there a way how we can use WP SMS to send a SMS message to all of the contacts in FluentCRM when specific events happen, e.g. new post / page / new order or order status / …?

You don’t have Amazon SNS support. Amazon SNS has more widly support for all countries with cheap prices.

Hello! Thanks for this great plugin. I have a trial account on Twilio. Is there a way to send SMS messages to more than one number? It is not very useful if i can’t send messages to more than one number at a time.

We have been having issues lately with SMS not being sent to some numbers, we thought it was a Twilio issue but when we reached to them they mentioned below (see screenshot link).

Checking on the logs section of the plugin below screenshot shows the error returned.

We updated your plugin to Version 1.3.8. Unfortunately, we are experiencing several issues with it:

(1) Your plugin update introduces a persistent, advertising banner that we cannot dismiss. The banner appears on most of our WP backend pages.

In my usage scenario random members want to text each other via a site directory. That means both the “from” and “to” numbers cannot be hardcoded. Your description asserts messages can be sent to *any* number. That’s good – that solves half of the problem. What about the “from” number though? Does that need to be hard coded so that the site acts as middleman? The use case is a member selecting another member as a message recipient. When the target member receives the message will he/she be able to directly respond to the sending member, i.e. as in a normal direct text message exchange? What I don’t want is the recipient responding to the site or needing to initiate a new text session in order to directly contact the sender – that would be awkward and ungainly.

I added the premium addon for marketing so I can send bulk SMS to all at once but now when I click on the “Send SMS Newsletter” tab it says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”. Where as my website is working perfectly fine. Please help fast

We emailed you 14 times over the last 2 weeks and received 0 responses. That is inappropriate and not ok. We were patient the first few days, but this is excessive and not something a lifetime license holder should experience. We are hereby requesting WordPress take note of the treatment by this developer and a refund because this is beyond wrong.

We emailed you a couple of plugin feature requests. One of them involves adding an Export/Import module to your plugin.

Your plugin requires that we input a decent amount of data and allows us to customize our SMS messages. We believe, therefore, the Export/Import module (i.e., adding the ability to export and import your plugin settings) would be very helpful to many.

We are posting this feature request in this forum to help prevent others from repeatedly sending (or posting) the same one.

Your thoughts on this request would be appreciated.

Today, we received a notice in the backend to update your plugin from 1.3.5 to 1.3.6.

Unfortunately, your plugin update now requires that we buy a license from you.

What’s going on? Are you going to update your plugin page to announce that 1.3.6 requires that we pay for you plugin? Isn’t that what your PRO version is all about?

Also, your “bait and switch” tactic does not agree with WordPress’ Guidelines for Developers.

Please advise. If we have to start paying for your plugin, we’re switching to a more honest, free SMS plugin like [ deleted ]

how do I actually send sms through Twilio using this plugin? There is a test tab that allows me to send a test message to one number, but where is the main interface for sending sms?
