Although I really like this plugin. It’s really unusable at the moment.
When it’s enabled I get the following errors when trying to save a page.
Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$edit_page in MYDOMAIN.COM/public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 172
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at MYDOMAIN.COM/public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php:172) in MYDOMAIN.COM/public_html/wp-admin/post.php on line 231
I hope it will get fixed..

Mine tab loads fine.
My site has about 20k users.
]]>Hi, is there any way to export the results to an excel sheet?
Thank you very much.
CPT Conflict as referenced last week. Namespacing issue, but the post will not clear itself.
]]>I seem to be getting the blog title as the “name” of most activity. In other words
[blog name] uploaded “rp_CWhlt1j.jpg” 10 minutes ago.
[blog name] registered 1 hour, 14 minutes ago.
When I view the entries….
Neither entry has a user name in the User area, though they do have IP address and user agent info.
The new registration does have the new user name in the Object name area, but does not show user name in the User area.
Failed login entries do show the correct use name.
]]>Hi,
Had to disable the plugin because everytime I update a project/post it creates a automatically a new [no title] (empty) published file.
If you update(save) your files 20 times you’ll get 20 new [no title] files.
Can you check that?
Thanks.
Would it be possible to have it so that when you click on the IP address it checks the address at https://whatismyipaddress.com/?
]]>A simple button inside extra table nav to clear all activity logs (with a confirmation popup if is possible)
This feature could be useful and save a lot of time to clear old activities
]]>Hi, I think the title says it all.
It would be great to be able to limit the log’s timeframe, so the amount of data doesn’t get too big on sites with a lot of activity.
I’ve been having timeout issues while trying to delete more than 300 activities at once, so keeping it in check manually has been a bit frustrating. (I’ve had more than a few thousand entries)
I’m looking forward to hear what you think.
]]>please support translation

Does this create new database tables?
No. It uses WordPress's custom post-type and metadata APIs.
Does this modify existing database tables?
No. All of WordPress's core database tables remain untouched.
I note the above.
But where exactly does the plugin store its data then?
And how would I remove this if I wanted to?
I see similar plugin Stream uses wp_options (not sure where) and has an Uninstall option on the Plugins list.
PS. I think some of your plugins look fascinating and I’m hoping to try some.
Thanks.
Is there a possibility to record only some specific actions, and ignore the rest?
For example commenting the lines of code where the different actions are required in wp-user-activity.php
Thanks
Hi.
I am looking to track changes to user profile info.

Hello,

PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /wp-includes/capabilities.php:138) in /wp-admin/post.php on line 197

This looks like a very promising plugin!
I was curious if it’s in the works to include front end display support for this data.
Obviously we’ll only want logged in users to see this information, however, there are a number of sites where I would love to use this on the front end for user collaboration.
It would be awesome to just make a page called “Recent Activity” and drop a shortcode in and be able to see all of this on the front end.
]]>Hi,
On a multisite install nothing, besides the date/time, gets recorded:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/iy3sgnkdsukbasc/Screenshot%202015-11-14%2018.01.43.png?dl=0
This happens on a multisite install, probably the reason behind it.

Any ideas?

Using User Activity 0.1.3 with WP 4.3.1. Plugin seems very useful, ideal to help me look at my student activity I hope. But I noticed when I activate the plugin, I have an issue with my widgets, I cannot save any edited content in my widget settings, in fact the widget content (e.g. plain text widget) gets emptied on save. The widget behaviour is fine again (except for the lost values) when I deactivate WP User Activity.
]]>Hi, very promising plugin here. Thanks for your work.
Three questions:
1. I do not see a dropdown for filtering options for kinds of activity as shown in the first screenshot. I only see Bulk Actions, Apply and Filter.
2. Are you planning to add some settings where the size of the log can be limited?
3. When I just deleted a plugin, nothing was recorded in the log.
Thanks again for your work thus far. Looks like an excellent start!
