Hello. I have 2 users who are the same person (2 different emails), they both have approved courses (Approved Activities, Approved Quiz, Certificates) (Learndash LMS), can their accounts be joined? Thank you
]]>I’m finding serious issues with using this plugin (pro version) and woocommerce. We have a site that uses woo orders, subscriptioins, memberships, tribe’s event calendar with tickets pro.
We started using user merge this past week and found that when you merge User A -> User B. All of User A’s subscriptions are instantly cancelled.
In addition, tickets from Tribe’s Tickets Pro aren’t transferred.
Finally, woocommerce orders with downloads aren’t transferred.
If you have anything but a basic need to transfer authorship of posts, do NOT use this plugin.
If started writing my own merge plugin today as my client is really frustrated.

]]>Hello,
I tried your plugin with the intention of merging 2 users who are woocommerce customers, and moving/merging the orders for user1 to user2. Both users have orders in woocommerce. When I merged the 2 users, the orders for user1 were not merged/moved to user2 account. The user1 account has disappeared, but user1 orders still exist in the woocommerce orders listings.
Also, I do not see the “Click here for selection” toggle.
Can you help? Thank you for your support.
]]>I am trying to understand how the WP User Merger Pro handles usernames and access to woocommerce sales history.
We have a ‘customer’ user type with username ‘jon’. This account has access to all woocommerce sales history for that account.
The human whose name and username is ‘jon’ has been replaced by another human whose real life name is ‘abel’.
Does the pro version allow us to create a new user ‘abel’ and merge it with ‘jon’ so that the human ‘abel’ can log in using the username ‘abel’ rather than having to use the username ‘jon’ (which isn’t their real life name) and using this account have access all the woocommerce history that is currently under the account with username ‘jon’?
Hello,
when I merge 2 users with different user roles, these do not get merged.
All the assigned user roles get unassigned, and only the “subscriber” role is assigned to the merged user.
The 2 users I merged had these roles
User 1= subscriber
User 2 = subscriber | role | role 2 | role 3
I dont’ know if the logic of the plugin is to preserve the role that is common between the 2 users, but it would be better if user roles are actually merged
Thanks!
Hi. I assumed this was a merge of users and their associated data.
I merged User1 with User2 at the behest of a user as they were duplicates with different email addresses but with different record of the events they had taken part in appended to each. User1’s events were lost in the merge so I effectively deleted it.

I just want to confirm that when you merge User A and User B, all orders made in WooCommerce will be transferred correctly to User B. I saw this conversation, but it was a while ago and WooCommerce has been updated since.

]]>Just wanted to give you a heads-up…
Had an issue today when trying to edit a user which took me to a page that displayed the following:
_learndash_woocommerce_enrolled_courses_access_counter
learndash_last_known_page
_sfwd-course_progress
_sfwd-quizzes
_groups_buckets
_groups_product_groups
SELECT meta_key, meta_value FROM wp_usermeta WHERE user_id=2 AND meta_key LIKE 'learndash_last_known_course_%'
learndash_last_known_course_
SELECT meta_key, meta_value FROM wp_usermeta WHERE user_id=2 AND meta_key LIKE 'learndash_group_users_%'
learndash_group_users_
SELECT meta_key, meta_value FROM wp_usermeta WHERE user_id=2 AND meta_key LIKE 'learndash_course_expired_%'
learndash_course_expired_
SELECT meta_key, meta_value FROM wp_usermeta WHERE user_id=2 AND meta_key LIKE 'course_completed_%'
course_completed_
I grep'd
for each phrase and the only results, for any of the above text, pointed to this plugin. As soon as I deactivated it, the issue stopped and I was able to edit users as normal.
Hello,
We have users/customers in woocommerce who purchase access to content and also course work in Learndash LMS.
Unfortunately, many have purchased using multiple accounts and it becomes confusing for them when they log in to view their content. They have trouble remembering which account to use to view which piece of content.
I just tested the plugin on a staging site. When I merged two user names, the woocommerce orders merged as well, but none of the permissions to content followed.
Will the pro version migrate the permissions as well?
]]>Our customers take tests after viewing webinars. After passing a test (created in Gravity Forms), a certificate is generated using a Gravity PDF plugin (https://gravitypdf.com/), which is saved in the customer’s account. Before I purchase the premium version, do you know if these certificates would be preserved?
Finally, will the premium license allow me to test on my staging site first?
]]>I have users on my site that use multiple email addresses. If these users are combined, will the email addresses also be combined in one record?
If so, can this be done multiple times?
For instance, (believe it or not) I have some users that will create 5 accounts with 5 different email addresses. I want to ensure these can all be combined into one record.
– Ringo –
PS. Is there anyway you could add the capability to this plugin to pull Woocommerce customer data? I could pay you if so. I would want it to be able to pull from the different email addresses and into one combined customer record if you think that’s something you can do. Something like this plugin here, but with the ability to read multiple email addresses in one record – https://premmerce.com/woocommerce-customers-manager/
]]>https://developer.www.ads-software.com/reference/functions/get_users/
In the plugin, there is a get_users call at the start.
Then there are two more get_users call in there.
All of these calls will crash the page every single time if run on a site that has low php resource compared to user count.
I’m not sure why the user select field is a drop down where whole db’s users are loaded in one go. It should use a user search option like WP’s own user page.
Or if simpler, just enter two user ID.
Hi, Before I purchase, can you tell me what happens to Woocommerce orders after merging two accounts? Will the purchased orders update with the new email account?
