They reached out to Vimeo who told us to contact you, the developer since it’s a plugin issue. Please advise!

There seems to be a problem with the plugin. It is not operating properly . It is not adding new videos, it is not previewing the portfolio , it’s not refreshing the videos, it’s not loading them in the mosaic gallery even though it is set to, and it’s not saving any changes to the portfolio.
This ha started happening since WordPress updated to version 5.6. Can you please update the plugin or if it is not a compatibility issue please tell me how to correct these issues

Having issue where I have 688 videos in vimeo but only 190 are showing up I gallery I have the pro version i have checked the setting in videos they are all the same from what I see…any suggestions?

I already connected my Vimeo Account through API Access, but the videos don’t shop up. I just see the Message “You have no videos in your Vimeo account” although we have many Videos in our Vimeo Account. I even doesn’t work to import Videos via URL.

I have a problem that need solution. I’m creatin a multisite webside. One per idiom (Total 4)
I created 4 video galleries and inserted in the first site. I try to create again 4 more video galleries (the same 4 that i have in the first site) but it’s impossible. I can’t load any video!
The plugin is activated for the network, but if i copy and paste the code from one site to another (perfect for me, not to do the job three times more), nothing happens.

Hi! The plugin is awesome but I’m having a problem with the special latin characters like ?, á, á, é, é, í, í, ó, ó, ú, ú.

If these characters are part of the name of a video, the plugin replaces them with a “?”.

I’m writing cause i have some issues with the video gallery. I entered the shortcode but the thumbnails are “transparents”.
When i’m the backoffice of your plugin a error alert is showed:

I am trying to purchase the premium for WP Video Gallery, but when I go to the link, it just goes to site doesn’t exist.

I have a lot of videos in my vimeo account, some private, some public.
I don’t want to start deleting videos in my vimeo account, so wanted the premium.

is it possible to remove the black beams above and below the video thumbnails in the gallery? Or a other way to define video thumbnail height because the videos are “stretched” for the right size format we need to setup the height or remove the black beams.
